Return process: If you want to return your ornament, and you have exchanged Gold while purchasing it, you will not get the amount of Gold you exchanged. Also, pending amount has deduction of making charges and taxes. Delayed delivery: I had ordered an ornament on 28th Oct 23 and it was expected to be delivered on 9th Nov. Now, on 8th Nov, I've received message from C'Lane that it will be delivered on 21st Nov. That's after Diwali! WTF!

We had visited the Sindhu bhavan shop of caratlane and Mr Navghan Chauhan was very helpful. Perfect.

Hello I am a customer from jamshedpur and yesterday I went to caratlane shop I'm jamshedpur to talk about the ring I was given as a gift. But the female employee was rude to me and my mother and she treated us like we couldn't afford to buy anything from caratlane. Me and my mother are doctors and after such bad treatment from your staff we would never suggest anyone to buy anything from caratlane especially who are living in jamshedpur.

Miss Pooja gave a great service and showed us all our jewellery we browsed. Very happy with her professional mannerism

Bought a ring last year, Within 2 days of wearing I got skin irritation.
The staff was so incompetent to even suggest that one should buy a band a size bigger than the required size, and then caratlane is so $#*!ty that they won't even repair the ring to increase size, stating quality issues.
Instead they are suggestion is to sell the ring and buy the same a size bigger at double the prize.
SLOW CLAPS.
Don't waste your money on Caratlane, instead buy from Tanishq, you'll thank me later!

I have purchased one ring from caratlane 1 year ago. I wear it for 1 month and it faded color. And when I went to store to resolve this. They said 1 year expired already. You have to only exchange it means sell it and buy another one. I trusted this brand. Now I really will think twice again to purchase anything from here.

We had terrible experience with you. Very poor customer service. Sajid dealt with my husband when my husband bought a bracelet and told there is no making charges. When we tried to return the item they told us there was making charges and bla bla bla.
I would never ever deal with you again and wouldn't recommend anyone. I felt it's full of scam which is totally different than their stupid name.
This place doesn't even deserve a star they should take the star system down.

Today I visited the caratlane outlet at city centre Guwahati. It was my first time at caratlane, and I must say the shopping experience was gratifying.
The buying experience was enhanced because of excellent service by Sri Akhil Sharma. He took all efforts to find out the right combination I was looking for my daughter.
Certainly will shop in the future.
