Really grateful to Caratlane for TryAtHome feature. Syed called, texted and explained me the whole process and steps. Upon agreeing he showed up with my shortlisted items and also a few others from his side to provide me multiple options.

I also had an exchange ring and he did explain me the whole process about how it works and also the details of each item.
