I bought a ring from Caratlane's Adaa collection. The Caratlane executive Mr Abul got quite a collection of rings for my Try at Home appointment. He was courteous and very the entire process was very hasslefree.
The collection is very unique and intricate. I loved every bit of it.

Recently I purchased a diamond earring from caratlane. Service was really excellent through Abul.he is very and knowledgeable.

CaratLane doesn't exchange their old jewelry purchases bought with foreign currencies! Despite having all the certificates and documents handy. Foreign websites does not explicitly mention this anywhere. No help from customer support. Bitter experience having bought something couple of years back and tried to exchange! No other jeweler trusts wants to buy their jewel at market value *******@caratlaneglobal

ITS A BIG SCAM FROM INDIA, I ORDERED MONTH AGO AND STILL NO PRODUCT OR ANSWERS. THEY WILL KEEP TELLING YOU NEXT WEEK OVER AND OVER UNTIL YOU CANT CHARGE BACK ANYMORE

Very poor quality of diamonds. Pl be aware that the refund process is very painful. Im wIting for last 11 days to get my refund.

I booked a home appointment since its a hassle to go to several stores and see how your favourite designs appear. Try at home executive Abul visited us and showed us the designs in a friendly manner and with patience. We selected the design and they were delivered within 3-4 days. The whole experience was smooth.
We will be delighted if caratlane can provide customisation beyond the size, to that of metal used and finishing.

Bought couple of rings and gave for names engraving in Sujana Forum Mall on 8th of February. We were promised that they will be ready for collection on 11th February morning. Went for collection on 11th morning and spent whole day there. Initially we were told they are in Banjara hills, then changed it to Jubilee Hills and finally said they are in Begumpet work shop. Due to our pressure finally they have delivered the rings at 6:30pm without engraving them.

Very unhappy with their unprofessionalism.
