I was disappointed that I had to pay for customs. When I order the product, it only indicated the cost for shipping to Canada which was really good but it never indicated that customs cost would be additional. I have to browse your website to find out your disclaimer about the customs cost.
If I knew from the very beginning that in your cost of shipping to Canada, the customs cost were not included, then I would have ordered it to be deliver to an address that I receive my packages in the US.
Key came sooner than expected and I had it programmed and cut and works just as well as the original factory key that I lost.

I received both keys that I ordered in a timely fashion. The quality of the metal on the key blade/FOB is on par with the factory key. One of the FOBs was either missing a transponder or it was damaged. Car and Truck Remotes was good enough to offer to replace the key/FOB combo, but refused to admit to sending out a defective product. Instead they attempted to blame the locksmith who had no problems with the first key/FOB.
They also said they will swap out the key blade that I already paid to have cut and put it on the new one. I would have much preferred to perform the swap myself, instead of having to waste more time sending the key back, waiting for them to get around to swapping it before sending it back to me. The matter has really left a sour impression of the company. Almost as bad as dealing with a dealership... almost.
If the customer service representative had been more accommodating and just said "hey, our bad, sorry for the inconvenience. Let me get you a new key ASAP and a return package for the old key for you to send back at your convenience" it would have been a totally different and pleasant experience. That is the standard with customer service that good companies that want to flourish adhere to. Not "oh, well, it's not our fault, send it back and we will send you a new key when we feel like it" (paraphrasing for time, not an actual quote).
Excellent Service and the remote was programmed for my 2017 F-350 King Ranch by the Ford dealership without any problems!

Beware of other cheaper knockoffs that claim to be functional. This is the real deal. It has a product ID number exactly the same as the original one issued by GMC. I needed a second one for my wife. The replacement was exactly identical to my original and works perfectly!
Very satisfied with the service. The replacement pad for the key less entry worked as soon as I put it in. Should have started with that first, then if it didn't work order the new pod. Nice to go out to a warm vehicle again.
The instructions to program the FOB was perfect. The only thing I would add is to ensure that you remind the buyer to get the transmitter bound to the new key.
Got it fast. It's just I wanted and needed. Website makes it very clear what I'm ordering and makes me feel confident about my selection. Got it programmed at the dealership now going to order one more for a back up.

Needed a third remote for a 2015 Ford Explorer. New remote was recieved in a few days. The new remote is original equipment and I was able to program it taking just a few minutes. New remote starts, remote starts, locks and unlocks, open and closes rear hatch, and has Panic button. All for less than half the price of a Ford dealership!
I am now in the process of figuring out how to return one of the remotes which I accidentally order due to hectic check out. The shipping was excellent, I received my in a couple of days instead of weeks.
Remote appears to be identical to the one that came with my car (including the little hidden key in the fob for opening the door in the event of a dead battery). We were able to program it using the instructions in the car's manual. So far, so good! And for people complaining they had to program their purchases... what magical world are you living in where you would just be mailed a remote that worked with your car automatically? What would stop it from working on every flipping car on the road?!?
