I will never use this company again. I ordered a hat as a gift for my father. When the hat arrived some of the embroidering was poorly done and difficult to read. When I complained, I received a response saying they would look into it. That was two weeks ago and now I am not getting any responses to my emails. Stay away from this company!

Just got my snapback delivered today, and the first letter of my stitching was completely butchered. It seems they rushed my stitching after I wrote about the company's exorbitantly long completion time for just one hat. I know the company is capable of high quality, high resolution stitching, but my order came out very pixelated, and highly disappointing.

I was wasn't happy with my order and posted a bad review. The cofounder of the company issued me a full refund and offered me a coupon for the price of my order on top of my refund. They did a good job of changing my heart. Customer service is 5 stars now.

Extremely Dishonest

What an absolute piece of garbage company. I ordered a hat and spoke to several people on the phone making it VERY CLEAR that I needed the hat for a show and if it didn't get to me by that time it was completely worthless. Every time I called I was assured that they would "do their best." The day before I needed the hat, I called again and it was at this point that I was told hats usually take 4-6 to make (and I had ordered it 3 weeks earlier). While I was "technically" never lied to, I can only assume it was blatantly obvious to everyone I spoke with that my hat would not get here in time, yet I was not told this until it was too late. I now have a useless hat sitting in an unopened box that was sent to me way too late by a company that so obviously does not care about its customers. Get your merch elsewhere.

The website claims delivery of 4 to 6 weeks. This is true to very last extend whether you order 20 hats or just one. I ordered my hat on January 27 it is March 2nd now yet it still has not been shipped. Upon calling the company for the for the third time they claim it is in production, they have been saying this since the 17th of February. When i tried to cancel the order they rudely said that there is nothing that they can do because it is in production. How long does it take to embroil a black symbol? It is not even colored. Save your self the frustration and just go to the local mall where this processes can be done in minutes and not months.
