I needed hats to be customized fast. I called them and they actually helped me place the order over the phone. Super nice agent.

I ordered 1 hat on 8/15/18 it is now 10/30/18. They did not had the ordered in stock and never told me, after I called they told me to choose a different style. I did this and was told the new hat I chose would be available. After 3 or 4 more weeks I called back to check on the status of my order and was told my new hat was not available either. Asked for a refund multiple times cancelled order was processed 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Called the Authorities in Montreal to see if I had any legal recourse and was told because I am American, there is nothing that I could do. This company is predatory, they lie to your face whenever you talk to them, and it seems there entire business model is to take your money and not deliver. As a small business owner these guys make it worse for all of us. I dont know how these scammers sleep at night. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Now they are stating that they are unable to issue credit card refunds. I wish there was something legally that could be done.

I ordered a hat in early August, expecting a 4-6 week delivery time. After the 6th week with no information, I reached out and found that they did not have the type of hat I ordered and had no idea how long it would be until they resolved the issue. I requested a discount for the delay and was offered 15%, but would have to choose a different style hat. I declined and they cancelled my order on October 3rd. Now it is the 25th and still no refund. Wholly disappointing.
Looking at other reviews, it appears I have the same opinion and experience as many others.
Ordered back in August. Have continued back and forth correspondence.
1st was told one of the beanies was discontinued and that was the reason for delay. I was asked to pick a different item of equal or lesser value. I selected one and was told my order would be expedited.
After 2 months of waiting I get an email about a management hold on warehouse activity. They asked that I accept a 15% credit for the inconvenience. I asked to cancel my order for a full refund.
Luckily already received a response back that my cancellation will be sent to the billing department for a full refund. We'll see how long that takes to process.

Now, 8 days after requesting to have my order cancelled and fully refunded, I still have not received a refund; but I did receive an email that the order was cancelled. They also had time to respond on a bad review on a different site---but don't have time to actually complete an order or refund my money?. Can I say ZERO STARS!?!?!?
The company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Unacceptable, very unreasonable and extremely disappointing.
I ordered 2 caps more than 6 months ago. I have been in touch with their customer service specialist "Alex" for more than 5 months. This guy has nothing better to say but my order is almost shipped. He has been shipping 2 freaking caps for 6 months. I have completely lost hope in ever receiving the caps. DO NOT EXPECT TO EVEN GET A REFUND. This company scams people out of money and never delivers. AGAIN, THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE WITH A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES SERVICES. I own two businesses and this company is the best example of what NOT TO DO. I have no idea how they make money, I haven't yet read a good customer review about them.

Didn't buy my hat from the shipper, I bought it from Capbeast. Today marks 3 months from my order.
Had a good experience after my first purchase, but not this one. I guess 50/50 aint bad.
Ordered 3 hats with my company logo on them. The order took 2 months from date of order to arrive. When i got them the hats were waaaaaay darjer than the light grey i had seen on the preview. 2 of the hats had a stich loose which i was able to use a lighter to burn down sonit wouldnt run any further. Now i just noticed one of the 3 hats the logo is not even centered on the hat and it looks like a 5th grader stitched this. After going back and forth with a customer service guy i am supposovedly being credited back a measly 33 dollars on my order but now i find the logo off center. I am. absolutly dissatisfied and i was going to be ordering 100 more hats this was a trial to see if my people liked them.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL END UP WAITING OVER TWO MONTHS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EITHER NON-EXISTENT OR THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN.
This has been the worst customer service Ive ever received! We ordered two hats (2!) the first week of May 2018. (IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS). We still have not received our product and not only that, they are asking for more money!
We used a promo code at first for a discount, but due to their error, the promo code didnt work anymore, so we ended up having to pay $87 for two hats. We waiting and waited and we still have not received them. I dont know how many times Ive called their customer service line and Ive NEVER gotten through to anyone. Emailing is pointless as they just keep asking for more money. They sent to the wrong address and it got shipped back and now they are asking for $16 more dollars to reship it to us, but are not even giving any sort of clear instructions. We cannot get this resolved and we have tried to reach them for weeks! Buyer beware! All I want now is a refund. I will never be working with this company again!
Horrible customer service. A company that doesnt stand by their product enough to refund you when they have yet to even produce and deliver a product! Lie and after lie. They will take your money and not make it right. Dont spend your money here. Fraud and poor business ethics

A few months before the bad experience I'm about to share, I ordered my first hat from CapBeast. It was a trial run to see the quality and I loved it. In fact, I even ordered a hoodie from what I'm assuming is their sister store, HoodBeast.com. My logo was correct and the quality of the hat and sweatshirt were great.
I ordered 3 more hats from CapBeast and my experience with them this time around was so ridiculous that I had to write a review.
My company logo was incorrect on all three hats. I sent them the exact same logo that I used(I only have one version) for the previous orders and they totally botched it this time. I e-mailed their customer support team and provided them with photos. They acknowledged that they made a mistake yet only offered me a 15% refund of the total amount of my order and told me to keep the hats.
Yes, I'm serious. I have the e-mails to prove it.
I declined and told them I didn't want a refund. I just wanted what I paid for. Crazy concept, right?
They came back with a 30% refund... and told me I can keep the hats.
I decided to call their customer hotline instead so I could talk to someone. Nobody answered and after three days, nobody has yet to return my call.
Its a true testament to who they are as a company if the customer is working harder to save them business than they are.
After reviewing the return policy, I realized that if my order was wrong, I was always going to lose out in the end. They clearly know their product is inconsistent because they state in their return policy that even if your product is printed incorrect, they will determine whether or not they make it right. Basically, if you place an order, you better hope it's printed right or too bad. That's my interpretation as I am living it.
Would it have been so awful for them to reprint my hats correctly and send them to me?

This place is very bad. Back in SEPTEMBER of 2017 I ordered a hat that was 50$! I have emailed this place like 15 times and I get the same answer, Still in process or they will let their boss know. My order number is #CB******* or #*******, I dont know which number it is but I want a refund!
Please be aware that this company is very challenged when it comes to honesty and providing customer service. We placed an order for 20 hoodies back in the beginning of January. Since then I have called about 100 times and have only gotten through less than 5 times. They did not return my phone calls and rarely answered emails. They initially quoted me a 4-6 week production time. After 14 weeks of calling and emailing and receiving no updates, we are now trying to cancel our order. Just today they told me the hoodies I wanted were backordered. Would have been nice to know 12 weeks ago. I would NOT recommend using this company.

Once you place an order, you will not receive anything. Then when (if) you follow up, they will not answer a phone call or an email. What they will do, is when they get back to you with a nonsense response, they claim to always be busy with something or another and not engage your order, or issue a refund.

*****EDIT: Since this review was posted, I have made multiple attempts to cancel my order, without success. I did receive an empty email from Alex/Lee (nearly 2 months after my order was placed) saying "Our company was going through major changes and we were not fully functional at that time. Please let us know when will be most appropriate time for us to call you back to discuss the logo you have ordered."

STAY AWAY - CAPBEAST IS A SCAM!
I tried making a hat with them, they sent an email back saying they couldnt do it. I asked if it was possible to try to make it work. No reply. In the next two weeks, I proceeded to email them 7 separate times to get an answer or a refund. NOT ONE REPLY. Finally after two weeks someone there coldly cancels my order with barely any explanation. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.
I would not recommend CapBeast to anybody. I chose CapBeast because it was one of the only companies I could find that would let me purchase a small number of customized hats, instead of a bulk order. I placed my order for three hats on December 7th. On their website, it said production would take 2 weeks, and I added express shipping for $26 because the website said it would ship in two days. I wanted to receive the hats by December 23rd so I could give them as a Christmas gift. I know I'd be cutting it close, but that's why I bought the express shipping.
On December 11th, my credit card still hadn't been charged, and I was worried something had gone wrong. I emailed the customer service department, and they responded the following day saying to call their department. I responded asking if my credit card had been declined, and then I called as well. I waited on hold for up to 45 mins, only to leave a voicemail. I called again the next day, and on December 14th. I left voicemail messages each time.
Finally somebody called me back the following week, saying that they had finally charged my card and that production would take 4 to 6 weeks. I was disappointed that their website estimate had not been accurate.
I received an email on December 28th that my hats were finally in production, and they shipped on January 5th. I received the hats on January 11th, and they do look good, but I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and the production time. I'm not sure why express shipping is even an option, and I wish I hadn't paid extra for it. In the future I will not be purchasing from CapBeast and I recommend you exercise extreme caution when ordering from this company.
I ordered a hat from them on Dec 8th for my niece I just got it today 1/8/18 after being promised on their website it would arrive before Christmas. I ended up going to Lids cause I couldn't go see my niece empty handed it took 45 minutes for a hat to get done. I sent them an email they stated it was just being sent out to production and that was already 2 days after Christmas I tried to cancel order since it wasn't even done and was told they can't as it is in production but it was just being sent so I couldn't understand why they couldn't cancel. I would like to start a class action in regards to there company and there service as it seems lots of people have had the same issue.
