I will NEVER buy another thing from this company. Very unprofessional absolutely horrible I will be throwing my prints in the trash. They were supposed to be Christmas presents but they aren't fit to do anything with. One of the prints even had a staple embedded in one of the faces. The top of one of them has the ear of one person and the eyes of the other person. Thank goodness I ordered them early because of course I needed to reorder them from a PROFESSIONAL! Thanks for NOTHING! DO NOT trust this company with your loved ones prints.

My 1 star is based totally on the initial quality of the metal prints i received. The image I posted is the way all three look. It's just not in one spot but in a lot of locations on all
3. There are fine scratches on them also. Not that being printed overseas is bad but it sure makes getting in touch a royal pain and now I'm waiting to see what they are going to do to correct my problem. If it gets corrected I'll update my opinion of the company but that doesn't change a thing about the initial quality I received.

Used this company for two metal prints. The first shipment arrived quickly but both prints had black lines. I contacted them and they agreed to send new photos, which they did. The new metal prints arrived together laying flat against each other (no padding between the photos-scary). In addition, both had odd spots on them which I think was oil? One photo had odd white lines. When compared to the first batch, then seemed slightly better but by no means could I try displaying or selling these prints. It's reject office photos now. The quality is just terrible. I'm cutting my money and time lost... moving on. When you see a great deal, just check around before buying. I didn't and I'm out $ BTW, the photos do come from India which I did jot expect... I would like to find a low cost printer.

Ok so after reading all these reviews and after being a customer of canvas champ over a period of different orders I might be able to bring some light on why the reviews are so mixed.
I have had some really good products from Canvas Champ and some really poor ones too. It occurred to me that the turn around time would be quicker if my order was shipped from India and longer if from the uk which is odd at the best of times as I live in the uk. Also the construction / finish and quality would also differ.
From the UK it would be made of a light wood frame, small hanging hooks, canvas has a Matt finish and is dry (rough) to touch.
From India it would be a heavier wood frame with hardboard backing behind the canvas, hanging hooks that engage onto a screw and a much more glossy finish (Smooth to the touch).
My last and final order came from India and had creases in all three of my canvases almost as if the endor beginning of a roll was used. Naturally I complained and while doing so started to ask questions.
I am told there have a UK and India warehouse which makes sense. So I asked for my order to be done in the UK as the previous orders were much better. Unfortunately this was not possible, I did not find out why, as the language barrier was bad enough in customer service that after about my fourth time of asking and still not getting an answer I gave up. I assume the uk company was shut down / sold or even an external contractor.
Anyway after trying to get my order completed in the UK and failing, I was told that I could have my order completed in India without the creases in the canvas and although the construction could not be as the previous orders I could have the canvas is a Matt finish, to which I agreed reluctantly. The canvases arrived a week later no creases but exactly the same as last time.
I also looked on LinkedIn etc at Canvas Champ and I cam to believe that it may only be a small Indian company as they seem to have very few staff and are all from the country and town.
So in conclusion I believe it was very hit and miss when ordering from Canvas Champ depending on where you order was completed. Now however I believe the quality is now going to be consistent although poor. I for one will not be risking it any longer.
No matter where the branches of a business is located the end product should be the same, especially if they are supply the same customers.
If only they could of kept the quality up as the prices and deals are very tempting.

You'll see a lot of reviews here that talk about production delays. I literally opened a support chat before ordering and asked about the negative reviews, they said "oh there was a delay in december, but January is fine", the site said "Delivered by Jan 31". On Jan 30th, I still hadn't received tracking info, so I logged on to the site, and it said "in production". I opened another chat, asked what the deal was, "oh production delays". They are cheap because they lie about delivery dates. Who knows if I'll ever receive my print. I'd recommend you go elsewhere.

I used canvas champ for the first time this year, for a new restaurant I was opening up. They were having technical difficulties and I was supposed to receive my canvases by December 7 because the restaurant was opening on December 11.2018 I paid extra shipping cost in order to get it here on time. Well, it did not happen I did not receive my canvases until the 18th or 19th of December. But I wanted to give them a good review because they did what they said they would do, which is refund my shipping cost and they gave me a 10% discount on my canvases. When I received them I was pleasantly surprised at their quality. They are beautiful, I am very happy with them and I will use them again in the future. My recommendation is that if you do order from them, they come from India and they take a long time to receive. But otherwise wonderful quality!

I ordered 2 prints on the 3rd of November, 2018. I hadn't received any order information, shipping information information. So I emailed them! I got a quick response explaining my order would arrive on or before the 16th. By the 18th I had not received the package so I emailed them once again. This time, it was explained to me that order was messed up and never even started yet. I immediately ask them to cancel my order and requested a full refund! That's when communications stopped! I never received any other communication until today explaining that it will arrive on or before the 26th from India. These guys have an address from Georgia but items are produced in India? These guys are unprofessional an will never use them again. To top everything off, they promised a 50% refund on my shipping to which I never received! Run while you can!
