Fantastic company, the quality of the pictures and frames is amazing. They will be my first place to look when I want more pictures for my house.
This is my second time shopping with this site. The pricing was great but every time I tried to adjust my image the page refreshed itself and I had to reload all over again. It was extremely frustrating and finally i finish but now praying the company gets the image sized correctly! My first order was great!

Called at 3:47 pm with a question I had from the web sight. Message said you were open until 4pm. I was then instructed to leave a message and phone number as no one was available to take my call. No one called back. This was Saturday and I needed to place order then to take advantage of 10% off expiring on Sunday. Monday would have been too late! They call me Monday and I get one coupon code 30% discount for all this and because is not my first order!

I must have had to close out a pop up box from your site about 25 times (3 times per picture). The pop up box was to tell me you don't support firefox, etc. I am using explorer, and kept having to close out that box. It would also be nice to allow us to upload all our pictures at once, but for all this I give 5 stars because the quality it was awsome and very very cheap price!

This was a relatively easy process to follow; this was my first time. I was surprised to find that it was shipped from India but I certainly was pleased with the results. I don't think the photograph could have been rendered any better. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

My experience was good. The option section was just a bit confusing, however.
When I was concerned about the quality of the print (because of the large size), the customer service I received was excellent. We communicated back and forth and were able to resolve the issues to my satisfaction!

Ordered several prints from this company along with another company as well. The ones we received were of horrible quality and extremely blurry. The second company delivered above expectation and product quality. Upon reaching out to the customer service about their "satisfaction guarantee" they have done everything to try and skirt around making it right. Funny that they attempt to place blame on the purchaser and the camera. The other company had no issue delivering a quality product with the pictures provided (from the same camera). Highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are in the market for any product from this company.

Didn't realize I was ordering from overseas until I checked reviews here. I notice many people giving bad reviews simply for slow shipping time, but this is my experience. I ordered 2 canvas prints on 10/6, received a shipping e-mail 10/7, and they arrived today, 10/12. I'd say 5 days for shipping from INDIA is pretty good. I'm very happy overall, my only complaint would be the wood in the frames is a bit heavy, quite a bit heavier than the frames I've received from other websites. The overall print quality is good and they are stretched well and not crooked or anything. I give it a solid 4 stars. For the price, I am very happy.

Printed a 8x10 metal image. So blurry the first time. Re-printed, their customer service didn't check or not care about this re-print. Sending a dusty print every where on the metal image! Terrible quality, wasting all the time for this! If anyone looking for quality print, don't send here. Only if u want cheap and not quality!

Just don't waste your time and money. I should have listened to other reviews. I have ordered from other companies before and have never experienced such terrible delays, lack of information and no response to my emails. Placed my order 3.5 weeks ago and still have "no scheduled delivery date".

I ordered directly through there website and paid extra to have it delivered by a certain date. 16 days after the delivery date I paid for I am still waiting. I had to buy another gift for the occasion because they are so incompetent. Customer Service has refused a refund even though they did not keep up their end of the order. I no longer need or want the item as it's way past when I NEEDED it. Stay Away from Canvas Champ it's just lighting your money on fire.

The colors are quite what I expected but the over all picture looks good. I believe the price was very low for the product I purchased. I received my item about a week, earlier than the expected arrival date given, which was surprising due to many businesses having delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic!

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
Answer: NO use They don't deliver the product, they ARE Fake
