This is not my first time. I own an etsy shop, and I order many canvases a week. I love you site, it is very simple and easy to use. I would appreciate some coupons since I am such a frequent customer.
For people who don´t know, if you make a size change to your canvas, the website doesn't change the pricing of that item. So you have to start all over again. I hope they fix this soon!

I love your prices but its a little frustrating that there is no easy way to click back and preview a product once it is in the cart. You have to go through the editing process all over again to make sure its just how you want it, but I give 5 stars because I receive my canvas in 6 days with great quality.

Ordered and never heard from them again. No email, no response from customer service. Stole my money. Will be filing a charge back to get my $165 back. Stay away! I will be inquiring over a larger investigation of this company if i run into any trouble.

What I don't like, You should be able to add all the canvas's you want with different pictures at once instead of one by one. It is not clear on your website that a proof is part of the process. I could not see the lyrics on top of the photo. I had to use the chat feature to understand the process. Please fix this! I give 5 stars because I receive a very nice quality!

Quick live chat support, great and very easy to navigate, and also great prices and nice discount. I ordered a Canvas and wish you would have shown the details in reference but all good because I receive my Canvas with great quality and I order again soon. Best way to get custom canvas prints and great Customer Service!

My last order was a Huntington Beach Pier size 30X40 and When I received the canvas print, There were some small chips at the corner. I took some pictured and sent to company and after 2 days I receive one email from this company with a code discount for next order or if I want I can make this canvas free. I make other order with discount code and after 6 days I receive a nice canvas print. Thank you for all this!

I accidentally sent the wrong picture, and when I noticed this the next day, I contacted them, and very quickly they responded and it was so easy to take care of it thru their good communication

Had problems with trying to upload a png to the canvas print maker. It would cut off random sections of the background and just display them white. Happened with multiple different files. I talk with someone from customer service and he help me out more than 30 minutes!

After all that I receive my canvas in 9 days and i love it. Thank you!

I loved the easy way I could create my design... but then it took me almost 1 hour and endless tries to figure out how to get it into the darn cart. After all that I contact and I get help on the chat I was given poor instructions on how to do it. I still have a headache. Finally I change my browser and we complete in 5 minutes all order. This was 2 weeks ago, now I have my order and for this price I can say that are perfect!

The prices and quality is awesome and there is nothing sweeter than beautiful memories on the walls. I feel like you guys have awesome customer service. I'm looking forward to receiving my second order. Everything is so easy & a simple process to receive great quality canvases!

Requesting to make minor retouch on photo to remove light spot on upper right of the photo up above gentleman's head. Cheap pillow! Very awesome! I can have my pillow say many swear words its amazing. Easy to place my order and was able to use Amazon sign in, so no need to create a new account what for me was nice.

This is a real find to be able to order prints on canvas paper. I am hoping that the size comes out at a minimum of 16x20, and not less as I'll have difficulty with the planned framing. Very impressive pictures and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I had a bit of confusion with the order page, but your telephone assistant dealt with my questions helpfully. Just checking to see how prints come out. This is my first time order, and my prints look good I will order this week more but I hope to get one discount because I want to make big order!

Absolutely love the canvas I received. The customer service was top notch, I needed to change the address and it was done with no problem. The pictures came in a timely manner and they were packaged well to avoid damage. I will definitely be ordering again.

The accent was too strong for me to understand, because of that I couldn't get the discount that I was promised. I needed help walking through it. The people were nice and patient though. But after all this I receive my order in 8 days and for this price the canvas quality was great. Thank you!
