This was my first experience going here and they did not disappoint! I had two pieces of art to be framed but I was on a tight budget. Faces are cut half in prints. Are you people gone mad? Where is professiomlism. Will never refer anyone at all.
Quality is awful, the corners of the canvases are stuffed from poor handling, and the delivery came a day late claiming I wasn't home the day It was supposed to arrive even though I was home all day.
I decided on a fleece blanket with a photo and words that said "I'm proud of you". It held significant meaning and a reminder to the person I was gifting this to. The fleece blanket feels cheap and the words are nowhere to be found. It defeats the point of being custom. I wish I would have read the reviews from other sites because the ones they have are all positive.
First time, hopefully more after order received. Was late by three days, but worth the wait. Address was correct but needed access. Next time will be on time. Thanks for quality and good price!
This company is a joke. Ordered prints on glass for my daughters birthday on 8/1/2020.
Had to call them and was told because of the covid there was a postal delay. Well finally just got a shipping update on 8/12/2020 which means it didnt even leave their facility till then. Whats worse never realized its was in India!
Checked the fed ex site today. It is still in India. So if your looking for a timely order this is NOT the company you should use
This is probably the worst experience I have ever had ordering something online. It takes them 2 days to respond to even the simplest question and when they do it is just some canned response as if they didn't even read your email. After going back and forth with them waiting days for a response and getting no answers or resolutions I cancelled the order. What a waste of time. There are lots of other places to have canvas prints done online. Go to any of them other than Canvas Champs. Pathetic.
I ordered a split acrylic on July 23rd and paid for express shipping and the product was delayed, I contacted support and was told the product was finished but the site said it was sitting in production for over a week, after being constantly told it would ship in 24-48 hours (multiple times in one week) with no updates my order finally shipped (on the day it was oiringally supposed to arive) and was shipping from India, not USA as the site says and as the support worker on the website told me it was from USA. I contacted Mike who resolved all issues, his response is what helped my review of this company. The product quality itself was beyond my expectations, other reviews had me worried it would arrive damaged but it came in good condition and the quality was better than expected. It was a gift and the recipient absolutely loves it.
Can't say I will order from them again after the one support staff (Stanley) lied to me about where it was shipping from but the quality of the product itself surpasses my expectations.
If you don't mind waiting to receive your product and don't mind that it's coming from India they are fairly good company and Mike was very helpful in resolving any and all issues. A big thanks goes out to him for this.
I placed an order Cost of Rs 1265 on 16/07/2020, date of delivery was 30/07/2020 but I have not received my order.
I complained through email i. E *******@canvaschamp.in several times, they replied accordingly but till date nothing has been received, Thereby CanvasChamp cheated my Rs 1265.
On 8/Aug/2020 they mail me and reply that "your order is being delivered to you on 31/Jul/2020".
They have done cheating U/s 415 IPC.
This CanvasChamp is therefore fake.
I was originally scared by reviews but had a great experience in the past. Hopefully this piece will arrive in as great condition and as smoothly as last time!
