Mug finishing is not good I can see scratches in the bottom and photos are very visible there is no use of Magic word
I've bought from this company many times over the years, and just in the past couple of weeks bought 3 prints from them that were flawless…. And then I got an email from the the other day that promised an 85% discount on any order over $50. I thought that was a great deal and promptly took them up on it.
After I uploaded the pics I wanted printed and the sizes, then applying my discount code of "85off" no discount was shown. I chatted with a couple of customer representatives and was quickly disconnected once I started asking questions. To be fair, they did offer a small discount, but nowhere near the 85% the email promised.
After being disconnected from them, I called their customer service # and was offered an even smaller discount from what the online customer reps would do.
I just spent well over $100 with this company a couple of week ago, got an email promising 85% off my next order over $50; and was basically treated like a pariah when I called them out when they just tried to give me a small 5-10% of my order. I would be very wary from ordering from this company again. And that pains me, because I really liked them before.

The image uploaded to our system is a fully encrypted database and gets deleted automatically without leaving any junk file in our system. Also, we do not have any affiliation with third party companies.
We have a very high-security system, and a dedicated team to handle the same. So, there is no chance of compromising any details of the customers, including any incoming data that gets uploaded on the encrypted server.
You can go ahead and contact the companies to find out the source from where they have received your image.

I don't understand. The prints come all the way from India, and there's a 50% chance they'll be the wrong size. They lie about their "laminating" it's just a clear coat they spray over it, but god only knows if they even do THAT or are just charging you extra money for nothing. Colors are faded and dull. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Just got a 24x36 picture printed. Great color and clarity. Didn't ask for proof and when I got the picture I noticed it was clipped off the top and bottom. Contacted customer service and immediately they told me how they would reprint and resend the corrected image. After approving the proof Canvas Champ printed my work and sent it to me. I am truly great full to them for their kindness and professionalism. I facebooked all my friends and told them what a great job Canvas Champ had done and highly recommended them.

Print quality is excellent and and canvas quality is also good floating frame is really amazing it gives a wonderful look to your photo and as the picture size was big so packing was done in a box perfectly so I liked it very much and you can go for it without having a second thought

They tried 3 times to reproduce a photo and each time it turned out so dark it last all content and color. Even sent them a picture of what I saw (and wanted) off my desktop screen compared to the first one they sent. I want a refund from the first one they sent, they assured me the next one would be better. Same each time. They now refuse to refund even after I offered prof of destruction.
I love this company and the items I have gotten from them! They have so many fun items to personalize, and the prices are very reasonable. So far I have gotten the personalized cutting board and the metal print, both personalized with my adorable golden doodle! I will definitely order from them again!

I placed an order that wasn't able to be completed due to the quality of the photos I submitted. The team was VERY prompt in getting back to me with this information and also did everything they could to help me find possible solutions to the issue. Unfortunately, I couldn't provide a better quality image and I ended up cancelling the order. But Mike was so helpful! UPDATE 4/8/22: I will give this company an "A" for making things right. The damaged (bent) metal print was redone and packaged so well it took me ten minutes and some elbow grease to get it open. (See the first three photos below) The print is perfect, though I still don't like the hanging attachments on the back. All that being said, for this product, in the future I will look elsewhere, even if it costs a little more.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I will not use this company again. I have ordered two different metal prints, and both arrived damaged because of extremely poor packaging.
They wrap the print in one layer of thin foam packing material, then "package" it with two pieces of thin fiberboard (cardboard, basically) that is slightly larger than the print. This "board" is a little over 1/16" thick. There is NO corner protection for the print. They use shrink wrap all around to hold together the two pieces of fiberboard.
The first print I ordered came with one corner bent (curled up). The second one came bent in the center because both pieces of fiberboard had broken in half.

I am an artist and photgrapher. Over the past few years I have been ordering copies of my paintings from Canvas Champ on stretched canvas. The colors are right on, the delivery (usually within a week) is exceptional, and the prices are unbeatable compared with the competition. Recently I submitted some of my photographs and ordered them to be printed on metal. I just received six that I ordered a week ago. The quality is outstanding (compare to others at four times the price), the colors pop and are beyond my expectations! Those that have seen them are blown away. Forget the naysayers. Canvas Champs are the real deal with pricing and quality that blows away the competition. Yes, they do come from India, but well worth the extra couple of days (I have never waited more than a a week) for what they offer. If I could give them six stars I would.

Would definitely buy again! My first picture that I sent in wasn't good when it was blown up to a larger size and looked blurry. They were very quick to rectify the situation and send out a different one free of charge without issue. It was done quickly and the second copy was excellent

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
Answer: NO use They don't deliver the product, they ARE Fake
