This company supplied a driver and a supervisor name. The driver knew nothing when we called to ask where he was, the emergency number was uncontactable. The email reply I received claimed the driver did arrive and called the number on the booking (he didn't!). Stay away, the owner is a Yasser Hussein who also calls himself Jacob Hines and he owns a few companies that all do the same shoddy work.

Needed a minibus cab from Heathrow for family visiting from USA at short notice, no local firm prepared to take on the job. Booked via website which looked as if it was local but turned out to be cabtransfers. Was worried as the reviews were poor but Lucie let me know the name and number of the cab driver in advance and I was able to confirm with him directly. Family were delighted with the service, he was there to meet them at the gate, was very courteous and gave a good drive right to my door. It may not have been the cheapest but after a 13 hour flight it was wonderful!.

I was also an affiliated taxi company for this taxi booking agent, i paid them and they made me a rubbish website with a horrible system and i never got any job worth doing. I would complain about no work coming from the website and they would then send me rubbish work which is not worth doing. There excuse will then be "We sent you work but you didn't want to do it". Rubbish Company.
