My mother was supposed to be picked up at 7 this morning by compass taxis which seems to be an affiliate of this company. This was to take her 3 1/2 hours away to her sisters wedding. By half past we realised no one was coming and when I rang and spoke to the man on the phone, he asked if we had paid in advanced or cash in hand. When I said it would be cash in hand as agreed, he said no one was coming. Before even asking the reference or postcode. Total cowboys.

Thank god we didn't hand over our money to this company, no apology, and was hung up on four times from the very unhelpful rude and horrible man. Stay away. Do not book with this company because they will let you down and I am sure if you hand over your money you will not see it again. Will be reporting this company as far as I possibly can as if it wasn't for my boss being lenient, my mother would have missed her sisters wedding.

STAY AWAY.

Yesterday the minibus arrived a little late around 10 minutes due to traffic which is understandable. However, this morning the minibus was meant to arrive at 8.30am and it did not arrive. Upon hearing this my staff phoned yourself to request information on where the bus was. My staff was informed that your staff did not know where the bus was and could not find out as the person who organised this bus was not in. When asked when he would be in the response was it could be 30mins or 1 hour, they did not know.

This response was not satisfactory due to the fact I had 13 guests awaiting transport to their next set of meetings. I had another staff member call at 9.10am, with the bus now 40 minutes late, asking to speak to a member of management to be told nobody was available. The call was transferred to myself, I spoke to a member of your team, whom when I stated I had 13 people awaiting a bus and I need one urgently, the response was it was my own fault as I should of got the details off of my agent. I stated that this is a member of staff whom works with him and therefore, the company should be able to provide me with details of where the bus is and when to expect it. The staff member told me that he did not want to deal with such upset first thing in the morning and proceed to put this phone down on his desk and refused to talk to me. I repeatedly said hello receiving no response, until he put hold music on. I hung up the phone, as quite clearly the staff member was not willing to help me, his customer. I rang back immediately and got a very helpful female employee who answered the phone. I explained what had been happening, what her colleague did to me and she was very professional and apologetic. She went to find out what was going on and then passed the phone to a colleague, who sounded like the person who put me on hold. He stated he now had the drivers phone number and that I should had been provided this when I booked the bus and he stated the driver was now at the hotel, 1 hour late.

I am very disappointed by the way I was spoke to and dealt with this morning, I have never experienced such lack of customer service ever before.

Very unprofessional staff - Took my payment by card and when driver arrived I had to pay him again in cash - They source your bookings out to real taxi companies but pretend to be the actual customer when they call. Therefore the company who actually collects you have no idea of the card payment or who cabtransfers are. I am reporting these people to trading standards and the Chambers of Commerce and I have filed a report to PayPal stating that the card transaction is fraud.

Booked a 10 seater minibus for a group of us to go to ball, collection time was 6.45pm nothing had appeared so phoned the number given and was told drivers were on their way when i advised that i had booked a 10 seater i was advised that no 10 seaters exist and that two taxis would be coming which obviously only hold a max of 6 people. Well 1 taxi arrived and took some of the party at 7.05pm the other taxi didnt arrive until 7.15pm and the driver definitely has never heard of deoderant! The function started at 7pm we were all late and now they wont answer calls or email! Stay away from them a total shambles

Don't use this company. Had a bus booked for months for a day out in Manchester for my birthday. Left 20 people waiting for the bus to turn up never came. Phoned the company who said the person who booked doesn't work at weekends great. Not our problem you can't access her database yes we had confirmation and paid £150 deposit. Also had places booked in at a restaurant in Manchester so thanks for that too lost money there thank you for spoiling my birthday.

I am currently trying to get back a partial refund from our trip. We booked an 8 seated for our trip originally and later were told that we would need a 16 seated bus as the 8 wouldn't be big enough for all our stuff. They coerced extra money for this but it was an 8 seated bus that took us both ways and had plenty of room. I have been hung up on, told the Jacob character will phone me and even been told that my refund is being processed but as yet nothing. As I paid the 2nd part of the deposit via Paypal I am hoping that they will eventually pull through on my behalf. Our driver from the trip home is also due Money from them as he could only get the amount we had left to pay. DO NOT USE!

We ordered a 30 seater coach to take 28 ladies on a hen do to liverpool. Was 20 minutes late and sent a 16 seater mini bus that was so old it was out of the ark! Driver was demanding more money after we had already paid £350 online. Rang the company to have the phone put down on us 5 times. Rang dvla wit the Rev in the mini bus to find it wasn't taxed.
Still not had refund back after two weeks of false promises to say they will return money. Reported to police Manchester council licensing and trading standards. Would not reccomend this firm at all!
