Description and specifications including dimensions were accurate and installation was relatively easy (ordered bottom pull out baskets for a cabinet so marking for drill holes was a little difficult). Possibly some kind of drill template with kit would be useful--might make it easier to install these in tight / low spaces.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong trash can based on the picture on the website. They paid for the return shipping and also honored the lower price return with the correct trash can which was $60 more expensive. Talk about service and taking care of your customer! These guys are great!

I can appreciate that "computers don't lie" but I was very intentional in getting the correct piece because you were the only company that had it. In the rush, I did not check the email confirmation that I received after I placed the order also considering that it was being sent out overnight. It is frustrating that when I paid for overnight shipping and to have this expedited that the response I'm getting when I'm trying to rectify it is that it can't be dealt with until the next business day
Ordered multiples for an upcoming project. Haven't installed them yet but so far seem to be good quality.
The hinges are just a few millimeters smaller than others on the market, so they don't work for us. I ordered others on Amazon, which fit perfectly.
In addition, the hinges had wet lubrication fluid on the surface... Amazon and even home depot deliveries are much faster, and the price is much lower as well. I appreciate your service but for all those reasons I will not reorder more hinges, As it is, I lost my money on this order. Thank you.
First off, I can't say enough how much I love these drawer slides. Legit quality in odd lengths for the DIY guy. Also love companies that don't seem to have a marketing presence. Marketing is an abhorrent profession and should be criminalized. Second, not sure if it's intended to be helpful or if it's simply unethical, but this entity automatically adds stuff to your order. Stuff specifically intended for a certain installation method, and I didn't catch it in time. I tried to modify the order right away, following the instructions on the confirmation email, but it didn't work. Since the ROI isn't worth it in this case, I end up throwing away packages of $#*! that I didn't need/want. I'm only out like 7$, and they may be trying to be helpful, but everyone be scamming these days, so I do wonder. Instead of auto adding stuff to my cart, forcing me to uncheck boxes when my ADD is in full effect, a better practice would be to recommend these items.
Website structure for finding the correct product I needed was easy to use.
The products I purchased were delivered exactly within the timeline I was told they would be.
The product count was exactly what I had ordered.
Unfortunately the undermount drawer slides I purchased were damaged during shipping. The plastic height adjustment clips busted off. I'm assuming due to poor packaging. Or careless placements into shipping box.
I had to go to a local supplier to get another set. Couldn't wait for another set to be shipped as my project had a deadline. And I couldn't use the broken drawer slides for my customer final product.
I'd rate five stars if products were shipped with better protective packing.

You can't talk to a live person. You have to send an email or a text which is way wrong in customer service business.
Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
