Received item as described and sooner than expected.,...

I have a table with faux drawers and one of the handles was missing. I was able to match it up perfectly.

Cabinet parts arrived quickly and in perfect order. The pair cabinets actually close better than some of the ones with the original equipment.
Very happy.

The item ordered is a perfect fit at a great price, but the delivery time from Florida to Oregon was almost 3 weeks(!) For comparison, I got my custom-tailored suit from China faster than that.

Wrong items sent. Received cabinet door hinges instead of brackets for slides.

I absolutely love this blind pullout cabinet tray. The directions were the only problem. They were too busy to easily figure out, but I managed.

So far, I've just got them. They are everything as advertised. On to building my pan drawers for my mom

Slides arrived in 2 boxes. 1st locks and rear bracket. 2 days later the slides. No issues. The only thing I wish there were step by step instructions for the piticular slides I purchased.

I received the parts I ordered in a timely manner and in good condition. However, the box end flap was torn open and some parts exposed. Luckily, none of the parts were missing or damaged. I recommend you use stronger box or use shrink wrap around the parts before putting in the box.

Was easy to place an order if you know exactly the length and the type of slides needed.
