Tracking info should inform the customer that there are multiple shipments arriving on different dates rather than one tracking number for one small package and one delivery date.
Screws and hinges came one date and the drawer slides arrived a week later.

I did not realize that the item that I order (cabinet hinge) was not a complete hinge & was only part of it. I also needed the part that attaches to the cabinet wall. Luckily, we were able to find a spare and I didn't have to create another order for the piece.

Order arrived timely but was incomplete (missing one complete pair of latch mechanisms) and had no screws. Please send a new pair of latch mechanisms ASAP!

The price on shipping seems excessive

Need to adj ord after it was placed. It was easy, but recieved recieved one 12" glide in place of one of the 14".
Didnt contact supplier about thr error.
I was able to use it.
