First let me say I would order from this company again. My only complaint is I did not receive a shipping confirmation. I sent an email and text on the holiday weekend and was hoping for a response when they returned to work on Tuesday. No response so I called and was told my order had been sent and they would email me the shipping info. I did not receive an email but that day I received my parts. Then 4 days later I received a email with the tracking info.
We were missing the screws in the box. The installer had to go out and purchase screws to finish the job.
