We ordered just before midnight on the 3rd and paid for one day shipping. I called the following day to change the hinge type but was told it was too late as the order had already been shipped. Called the next day to check status and was told order could not be found in the system. Call back from rep later that afternoon (she left a voice mail) said she found the order but it hadn't shipped yet and would wait for our call back to see if we wanted it still. I called the next morning to cancel because we had to buy the hinges at the local hardware store in order to meet our deadline, but was told she went ahead and shipped it. Order arrived the following day but it was too late. We spent 3 times more on the parts at the hardware store than our online order and now dealing with the return process. I was pretty disappointed in the whole experience and am not interested in using this place again.

Overall a good experience. We made two orders. For the first order we never received an email confirmation so we spent some frustrating few days until the parts actually arrive, fairly quickly. My efforts to get an actual email or order confirmation from the company though were frustrated which was confusing to me. The second order we made we got an immediate order confirmation and it came quickly so we concluded that the first glitch was not a typical experience. And we'd be happy to order from cabinet parts.com again
