The hinges said that they were a direct replacement for my original hinges but after installing them they weren't. Not happy.

The hinges that I ordered were wrong, I tried to get help in figuring out what ones were needed and could not talk to a person. Then I tried to return the order and was only going to get less than a third of my money back. STAY AWAY from this company!

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong hinges OR did not realize that new ones will not fit. Otherwise it was a good experience.

FedEx lost the package they gave me a track number could never find it I called back to cabinets parts support they took care of it sent me out in a new package of hinges receive them in 3 days would definitely buy from them again thank you

Ordered an 18 in lazy susan, found it was wrong size, returned it for credit and ordered the correct replacement

Replacing some old worn out decades old euro hinges and these were pretty much the exact fit. Love the way they lock into place now instead of slipping off like the old friction screw mounts.

Made the order and promptly noticed I accidentally added an additional item on the order. I was able to make a request to remove the item from the order before they shipped it and credit me back for the cancelled item. Delivery was quick and easy, packed safely in a box to avoid damage during shipping. All in all, it was a good purchase.
