Was very happy to get discounted cabinet hinges and accessories and I paid for (3) days shipping and it showed up to my door stop less than 24hrs from when I placed the ordered! I live in the same state but wow. Will definitely order from here again. This company/admin/staff knows what they are doing!

My order arrived on time. Unfortunately, it was not quite as described and not what I needed. The return policy is such that there's no point in trying to return it given the return shipping cost and possible restocking fees. This is the sort of experience that makes me want to go to Amazon.

Good soft close hinges. Not as heavy duty as the $6 a piece ones, but good enough.

The twig cabinet pulls arrived quickly and safely. I placed them in my two dining room, newly painted teal cabinet doors. I wish I could send a photo -- absolutely stunning.

No experience with the company and shipping were excellent, but I have to say that the item I purchased was significantly overpriced. I was in a time crunch so needed to order the part right away. I went to the hardware store the next week after I receive the part and saw the same part for half the price.

I had to place four calls to get my order corrected and mailed.

Excellent phone support to sort out what was needed to upgrade my Blum rails.
One set of rails slightly damaged in shipping, the rear drawer alignment pins were bent in shipping.
They were easily bent back with pliers, only slight damage.

I ordered 4 and only received 3 in the initial shipment. A follow up call and email provided the 4th item. Everything has been delivered.
