Was able to find hinges for old cabinets that no one else had
Shipping cost was exorbitant for such a light box. I had to order five bins to get free shipping. Which was about the same as ordering the two I actually needed.

It didn't make sense for you to ship me a small packet of screws and 1 small set of drawer slides in separate packages as they could have been shipped together for economy of effort.

Good experience product and timeliness at expected
I wanted guidance on buying the right hinge. I was referred to the webpage. The hinge didn't end up fitting and I had to drill new holes in the cabinet doors. That said the hinges are well made and work perfectly. I think generally they assume you know what you are doing because there were no installation instructions. I would caution this as a DYI project. Spent a great deal of time on FaceTime with friends who had more experience than me.
I placed an order for a d shaped lazy Susan and receives a full circle shelf. After multiple emails & photos proving the wrong item was sent, they sent the correct item. I received the d-shaped shelf and it will not fit in my cabinet, even though I measured my cabinet based on the information provided on the website. I called customer service, which took 15 minutes to get thru & once again have to send photos of the information I found on their website. I'm still waiting in a resolution.
