I received many damaged/flawed cabinet pulls which is not the issue. The issue was the process I had to go through to get them exchanged. I would not recommend someone else to use cabinetparts.com

I was sent 6 vacuum filters that all came as individual packages. I receive 5 of the 6, but thought that maybe one was lost, but it showed up a few day later... So all is good. Thank You!

Generally good; would have been nice to receive an installation flyer with the hinges, which describes adjustments; I was able to find on the website with a bit of effort. One of the hinges was balky but seems to have settled in after a day or two (soft-close hinges). Not sure I would pay again for the soft close feature.

Once I was helped with the hinge that I needed, everything went well. The part was right and my cabinet was back to new.
