Trying to get a simple answer from customer service was almost impossible. I could not get through to a live person in a timely manner to get a question answered. I ordered based on a guess. Chat could not answer my question and I waited four days for "the team" to get back to me and they never did.

You had the part I needed at a fair price. You advised me that I was only ordering half a hi GE, but that's what I want. That half has broken on three of my existing hinges.

Good hinges
I was very pleased with the price, speed of delivery and mostly the quality of the parts I ordered. They fit perfectly and exceeded my hopes for the project I was working on. I now have a pull-out shelf for my desk that is solid as a rock.
All my questions were answered!
Was not an exact match and cabinet doors don't line up with drawer above. Holes in hinge don't line up with holes in cabinet. Original hinge is Grass 860-047 W15 01.

Ordered an item that was in stock on August 26. Once I ordered the item I was emailed that it would ship September 2nd. A day later I was emailed again stating that the item wouldn't be shipped until September 15th because it was no longer in stock.
Wouldn't reccomend this business. After a phone call with "Customer Service" I was told it was due to Covid-19. Covid-19 doesn't determine stock and supply numbers. There could be a shipment delay due to Covid-19 but not an inventory discrepancy.
All hinge parts were perfect.
