Pretty good however one of the pieces came damaged it still works but I'm worried about it causing problems long term with the weight of the trash can.

It wasn't clear to me at first that there were parts you needed. I ordered Sailice 15" slides, they did not come with the clips (which is weird because without the clips these are not useable) or the screws! Would have been nice to list on the www site that you will need these items and give you a quick link to them. It's sorta there, but not clear that these come without the necessary parts. I also ordered blum hinges and the hinge fit tool -- EXCELLENT - the hinges were perfect. However yet again, no screws. I mean they're #6 5/8" flat head screws but would have been nice to know they were needed. Perhaps I got too used to ordering things with all the "bits and bobs" included. Otherwise great site has TONS of stuff and delivered and packaged well. Would recommend, just be aware.

Cabinet parts had the items I needed at a good price. The parts were also delivered quickly, but the cushioning in the packaging didn't take into account the rough handling the package might, and did, receive.
As a result, the adjustment tab on the end of both drawer guides were broken off, likely during shipping.
I am able to use the guides, as is, but I'd rather not have to deal with receiving, and having to use, damaged goods.

Shipping: The hinges I ordered were supposed to come 2 weeks ago but just arrived yesterday. The door I ordered came a week early with no shipping notification. Importantly, the door was left on the streets of NYC... It was not brought into the building. If I did not come home when I did, that package would have been stolen. Support: I could not find a phone number or email for support. I did email something and got back another email saying I could use that address for support. But it took a lot of time. I still have a question: This Blum hinge base plate has 3 screws and is too wide form my framed cabinets. It will extend into the cabinet and inevitably get hit and bent. Is there a smaller 2 screw base plate for this application? I do like the door but I now have 2 unusable hinges that I would like to return. I will be ordering more doors tomorrow.

I have built drawers in the past - and have had some struggles with the dovetails. When I ran across the ad for custom drawers I checked into it. Based on the cost of materials and the previous problems I had encountered, I decided to let the experts do it. The drawers came in a timely manner and went together easily. CabinetParts is my "go to" for drawers in the future.
