I cancelled my online order within 5 minutes of placing the order but the message said I was unable to cancel even though the policy says a cancellation is available within 30 minutes of placing an order. So I immediately called customer service and they said I could not cancel because the item was already shipped to the warehouse. Within 5 minutes? Really? I don't think I was treated fair and I do not want to pay for shipping when I return the item.
As soon as I received my items I knew I had ordered the wrong parts. I contacted this company and was told I can return them as long as they are new in the package, No problem! Now I'm being told I can return them but will only get $18 back from my $42 DOLLAR PURCHESE! I feel like I'm being robbed! I understand the shipping is not cheap but was less than $10 so there restocking fee is $14 dollars!
THAT IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF! I will never use them again and will make sure no one I know does!
I placed my order for cabinet door pulls. They had what I needed in stock at the best price around. They shipped quickly. And arrived as expected. What more can you ask?

Your website is easy to use and I found exactly what I was looking for. You offer a wide selection of cabinet parts and the nomenclature is well written. I am now looking forward to updating our old standard kitchen base cabinets to have sliding drawers and corner cabinets to have swing outs.
Prompt shipping. Box had been opened, contents askew but I think every thing is there. Hag some tape on I saying content was checked.
Only issue is that their video won't load but there are several YouTube videos available.
This is the second time we ordered hinges from the company. Both times they came in a very timely manner. We keep a supply of parts for our cabinets so we are always ready to repair any cabinet that is having an issue. We were fortunate this time the parts were on sale.

I was not aware of this, but hinges are quite a daunting task! So many choices it boggles the mind. However, when I contacted cabinetparts.com, I had numerous email correspondences with Scott who was fantastic. I was able to get the correct hinges for my broken medicine cabinet door after several emails of mailing pictures of the old hinges which were no longer made. Scott was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I got the correct replacement hinges. My medicine cabinet is now up and functional with those beautiful new hinges. Thank you so much!
