They advertise the actual dress on their website, then they ask for measurements. I told them I want a normal size 8, nothing custom. I order it in Plum and got the dress. The dress is HORRIBLE material, poorly made and NOT plum color. I showed them the difference (ordered the real plum dress from davids bridal) and they said that was the plum they had. They state on the website that they give 100% refund if the color is wrong, the color is CLEARLY wrong. I've been going back and forth with customer service and they are expecting me to pay for the return cost. Not going to happen so in the process of taking legal actions. DO NOT waste your time with this company. They are basically taking images from other REAL sites, making these dress and claiming they are custom made.

They even offer to refund me 60% and told me I could sell it on another site. I laughed... see the difference on the image below. What a joke.

If you haven't seen any red flags, I hope this one is.

Do not waste your time or money on this garbage. We got the EXACT measurements for what will fit and sent them in. When it arrived, the dress was no way able to fit me. Even with the EXACT measurements sent in. Also, the dress was not what was pictured. I've been emailing them for entirely too long. I have requested to speak with someone and gave my phone number only to be declined on several occasions because they supposedly don't speak English well. Got an email saying that would reimburse me a small amount of the dress & I can keep it to sell elsewhere. NO WHERE AND NO ONE WANTS TO BUY THIS DRESS. I have taken it to several shops and none want to take it.

WASTE OF MONEY.

Finally got them to say they will refund the dress amount, but shipping was $25 and they won't provide a shipping label to return it. So if you want to return the dress, you have to pay for shipping TWICE.

Dumbest experience ever. Do not waste your time or money. You've been warned.

As an update to a previous review. My mom finally received her dress for my wedding but it WAS HORRIBLE. The dress fit so poorly that a seamstress said she can't even make the dress look how it's supposed to. She would have to completely remake the dress. The waist was not in the right spot. There was a huge bunch as if she needed room for male parts. The shoulder did not fit. The seamstress couldn't pull the waist up because it would be too short. Half her boob hung out. They claim the dress is fine. If I want a refund I need to pay for shipping and return it and hope they choose to give me my money back. I can't even find a carrier who will ship to the address in China they gave me. They also told me to lie on the customs form and said the dress is worth less than $30 So they don't pay customs taxes. I hate to say it but the dress isn't even worth $30. My mom had to buy a different dress. So we paid for TWO dresses for my wedding. DO NOT use this company.

I ordered a dress online and right away I was contacted to be sure that the measurements were good. Then they also send me picture or the different material.
Once everything was confirm they email me once the dress was ready to be ship out. It took about 1 week and I receive the dress which was exactly what I ordered. Then even followed up to make sure it was received.

Ordered dress one month ago, after they sent shipping email 5days, I still do not receive my dress! But they told me my dress have been signed! I was scream! As I have checked with my neighbors and all the place around my house. There was no one home on that day you show delivered to accept or sign for it! I have called DHL regarding my order Tracking They showed that the driver went to my address, however, did not get a signature and left it outside of my door. I send email to them, and customer service inform me they need to check with DHL, and DHL could reply in short time, but in case of my wedding delay, they proceed a new dress for me immediately! I never see such a responsible company before! Recommendable 100%!

I am trying to get a refund back on my visa after I ordered two dresses last week and received emails asking for me to send a pic to prove it was me - hoping they reply to me and I am now scared based on all of these reviews. I do plan to take legal action if I have to and will be reporting to police and banks to get support but also wanted to share my experience with you all... this is a scam. They kept sending emails asking for me to send pics to confirm order when they already charged me - and when I said I want refund and to keep the dresses no email back...

I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered my dress. However, I was pleasantly surprised, as from the beginning to the end, they were extremely professional and responded to all of my questions on a timely manner. Despite my own confusion, they were patient with me and handled my confusion professionally and patiently too. The dress is beautiful and exactly as I ordered it, as I had it done custom made and provided my measures. Overall, a great company to buy formal dresses from. The dress also arrived on time and as promised. Overall, thumps us!

Have not contacted the company because I know nothing will be done to help me. Ordered the dress that was my daughter's dream dress. We had a professional seamstress take her measurements, the dress is 4 inches to big in the waist and about 6 inches to big in the bust. The belt which I asked them not to attach, was attached and not even close to the picture.
My horror is that a ball wedding gown for a plus size was stuffed in a courier envelope that was originally made for business documents. It took us at least 30 minutes to remove the tape, we were afraid we would cut the dress. Packaging was described as being shipped in a bag and a box.
The dress is going to cost me about $200 to be altered. Very disappointed.
