I did not commit that I will be buying the dress but they automatically debited my account. The worst thing is that the dress it self is a crap. It looks like you can get this dress for 50 since the ribbon there your suppose to put the hanger is outside the dress. Another crap thing is that you cannot get the total amount you pay but only 50 percent of what you paid. Don't trust this website the photos of the dresses not their own product. This is a crap. Beware

I ordered bridesmaid dresses from here and i have additional requirements with the customer service Marry D, The whole process of communication is pleasant.

I received the parcel soon, all the dresses looks beautiful and fits, but it is definitely NOT the mostlike luxurious, highest grade. The quality of dresses is in accordance with the price.

If you want the highest grade dress, I recommend that you can go to the local famous brand shop, but it takes a lot of budget.

Also have to mention the contact customer service can solve many of your problems, customer service is effective. I recommend this website.

I got wedding dress last week from ca-dresses.com. I am too excited and really appreciate this team effort great shining on dress real material use excellent team support. I ask everyone don't miss this store. Thanks Team again my all relatives and friends like your product.

I was skeptical when I ordered the dress and sure enough, it's a scam. Their policy states that it could be returned for whatever reason, so I took the chance. I took my measurements and ordered according to THEIR chart. When I received the dress, it was not at all like the picture and even had sequins on it (NOT PICTURED). The dress was WAYYY to small. Of course, they gave me the full "run around" treatment. I plan to contest this charge with my credit card company and place negative reviews wherever possible (Facebook). Maybe this will save someone else from the horrible experience of working with them.

Ladies! Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT TRUST this merchant. They are highly fraudulent and dishonest. Their return policy is full of lies and inexistent information (they do not have a telephone number to call on their site nor live chat, and yet they say that you can use those methods to contact them; they give you 5 days to return the dress, and yet they never answer their emails once a complaint is established).

When I purchased my dress back in February I was very excited to get it, and when it arrived it was 360 degrees different from what they had advertised. When I tried to contact the company via email, they did not respond till my 3rd or 4th email, and even than, they did not take a single moment to actually read the emails. In the end (after a dozen emails, to which only a few where answered) the merchant had agreed that they where going to give me at least half my money back. I never saw a penny. Much later on I learned that I could have contacted Visa with regards to this situation, however, you only have 80 days from the DATE OF PURCHASE to establish the dispute... the only problem is that it takes 80 days for your dress to arrive, and than you trust that the company will be honest enough to reply to your emails and follow up on their promises.

I went into this transaction very naive, telling myself that it was going to be fine; I really got disappointed.

This is a stressful and yet exciting time for many women, do not make the mistake I did in trusting these guys, all they brought into this was stress, and frustration.

I ordered my wedding dress aftern reading some good reviews. I received it in a DHL bag wrinkled and it definitely did not look like the picture I ordered. They told me the color I ordered was ivory but as pictured it was white... I can send pics to anyone of the dress I ordered n what I received. AftER fussing they agreed to take it back I paid 268 dollars they would refund me 130 dollars but guess what... shipping DHL N FEDEX was over 148 dollars n they required it shipped back express in 7 days. It's a scam and heartbreaking. I loves the dress on the site. I wish they would have corrected their mistake and sent a better one but they said it is good in their eyes. Not acceptable. My dress looks like a urinated curtain... and they told me it's my body that's why it's different... I have since tried on hundreds of real quality dresses... please don't try and save money it will cost you more in the long run.

I measured myself and compared it to the sizing chart so ordered the correct size for their measures. The dress comes from China so the sizes are completely different, with my measurements I had a four size difference from Canada, but the size I ordered was perfect, no alterations needed. Beautiful dress, thick material and well sewn. I will order from them again. Everyone who has seen my dress loves it as do I, now I can't wait for my wedding because I'm going to shine!

I ordered a wedding dress from this site not realizing it was coming from China. I placed my order with my exact measurements in hopes to receive a dress that fits. First off... they sent the wrong dress! I had payed for customs on it and they returned it before I even got it! A few days later the correct dress was shipped and once again I had to pay for customs. So now I've payed customs on two dresses but only have one.
The dress I ordered was a TENT on me. Maybe if you are 10 feet tall and wide it would fit. The measurements were completely wrong. Now... trying to get a refund for the first dress they shipped... forget it! It's been almost 3 months and a few dozen emails back and forth with no luck. There is no phone number to call either. The people have terrible grammar and are extremely useless when it comes to costumer service.
I want to return the huge dress they sent me but I'm afraid I'll never get my money back so I'm not risking it. I'm sure it can be used for a Halloween costum. Huge waste of money and time. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered from ca-dress and I was a bit worried but alas! The dress was beautiful as in the pictures. I took it to my seamstress for a professional fitting and she was shocked at the perfect fit. No alterations necessary; I just need to remain my same weight and she'll will cut the straps at the back and enhance the dress making an optional bustle. I ordered a customized jacket and it came too small but they are making a new one for me. I may have slipped up on my measurements but it is pretty and matches my dress perfectly. I will post a picture of the dress after my wedding day.

I received my wedding dress yesterday that I ordered through this site. It was as pictured and I was pleased to find it had a built in bra. The measurements were perfect and the lace up back feature at no extra cost was a huge bonus. The only complaint I would have is that it took 6 weeks to receive my dress not the quoted 4. I emailed to check status on my dress last week and the response I got was that it would shipped out on Monday, I was surprised to have it in my hands on Tuesday! The charges on my Credit card were a few dollars off because they do not charge in CAD currency so there was a very small exchange difference of about $2

Overall I am happy with my purchase and I am now looking into ordering my bridesmaid and flower girl dresses from the same site.
