I ordered my wedding dress from this website, and after reading reviews, was scared it was actually a scam. It's not. You get your dress in about a month. It looks like what was on the website, but, it's not the highest quality, that's for sure (random coloured threads found their way into the mesh of my white dress somehow, and there are some straggle threads all over). That's okay for me as I'm planning on getting it tailored here in Calgary anyhow, to freshen it up. Also, I only paid a few hundred dollars for it, as opposed to the $5K dresses some women get. Honestly, if you're expecting a five thousand dollar-looking dress for a quarter of the price, you might as well also hold your breath and wait for money to actually sprout off branches this spring, because it's not going to happen. I got what I paid for, no more, no less. I would have appreciated a garment bag with the dress, though. I had to go out and get one.

I ordered a prom dress off here because it was pretty and cheap and I was on a budget. Then I started reading reviews and really scared myself because people we're saying it wasn't the right dress or color or size or whatever. I think we need to remember this is a discounted online rescourse and quality isn't going to be perfect. Everyone had me so scared that my dress wasn't even going to be the one I picked and IT WAS.
I think people aren't looking at what the colors look like in certain materials and that is why they think they got the wrong color. I chose a dress in light slate grey with a certain image in my mine and when it came it almost looked purple and I liked it but I was confused. So I went back to the site and sure enough if you go under satin and light slate grey, exact same color! The colors are all different depending on the material so be aware. And unless you are actually there to try on a dress the custom tailor isn't going to work. Every dress is different and they do their best I'm sure. Lastly everyone shopping in here is looking for a quick, easy. And cheap way to get a dress and that's exactly what it is. I think most of you had way too high expectations for your very low prices dresses. No one said the dresses were designer.

Also a day after I messaged them they replied saying the dress had been shipped.

So needless to say I'm relieved and thankful to CADRESSES for my beautiful prom dress that was initially only $96. I'd say this is a pretty good deal and that you people are just being too picky ;)

Unfortunately I found this site too late and now am suffering the consequences of poor judgment. I ordered 4 dresses for my bridesmaids and they turned out HORRIBLE! The color was wrong (even after we confirmed it three times), the hemming went up on one end and straight on the other, missing additional product ordered (shawl not in package) and sent it via DHL (had to pay extra duty) when we wanted them through Canada post (no duty). The dresses arrived super fast. Got to give them that, but fast is useless when the dress is CRAP! We contacted them immediately and they took 3-4 days to respond-after angry emails.

They have essentially cause me more stress, wasted my time, effort and money. We sent them the image of the dress and never once did they address our concerns (wrong color, wrong material, wrong shipping method and missing shawl)--- as they are claiming that its not their fault! WTF?!?!?!- WHOs fault would it be then? Now we're disputing the charges with our credit card company on this fraudulent merchant. Not only is there no number to call for complaints, the site email is a gmail account. (I did not do my research as I was a stressed bride with my bridal party in two different cities).

Thank you ca-dresses for the additional stress and depletion of my budget! Like I need to be more stressed than I already am.

The pictures are beautiful online but doesn't match AT ALL the real product! I've ordered a custom fit but came out to be too big! The fabric was cheap, lace not well seamed and falling apart, the bustier way too thick for a summer dress. I've obviously contacte customer service and ask for a refund as it doesn't match at all my order. Few email exchange and sudden silence when it comes to process the refund ( $50 out if $600) but I still didn't see any penny and will NEVER order anything from them. I had to buy another wedding gown so... this website is just a huge scam!

My experience of dealing with 'ca-dresses.com' turned out fantastic.
The three navy one shouldered dresses arrived quicker than expected. My sister (a dressmaker herself by trade) thought their construction to be a very high standard. In fact she was amazed by the quality and finish, boning and the custom fit being exact. The tailor even queried something that didn't appear right with my measurements. Highly recommend dealing with you.
The quality of received garments far surpassed many with higher price tags we viewed in local shops.

I am happy when the wedding dress arrived, I just spend $274.68 was get worth more than $500 dress, it is fits perfect and it arrived in time. It looks fantastic. These guys did a terrific job.

Total scam, dress is poorly made, looks awful and nothing like the photo. They told me they would refund me if I returned the dress, which I have done, and now they just completely ignore me. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Learn from my mistake!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from www.ca-dresses.com 20 days ago, I received the dress today, earlier than expected which was great. Now the important bit, the dress, it is amazing, beautiful, it is exactly the same as the picture states. It is well made and of good quality material. Dress has built in bra which gives good support, it's length is slightly longer than the picture, i am 5ft 6 and it just nicely skims the floor.
I am very very happy and cant wait to wear it.

Ordered three mother of the bride dresses from this company and I did receive them with rush shippiing of $35 on each dress and received them in 4 weeks. Unfortunately the dresses came in the wrong size and there are no tags or anything in the dresses, so hard to know what size they are so i measured them and yes not right size. Company will not take them back as they said cant return unless they are wrong color, wrong size or defective. I am stuck with a bill of $870 and nothing to show for it DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY It is from China and I encourage you to order from canada next time your looking for a dress

I ordered a custom made wedding dress from this site, about the problem of order size I talk with support staff of ca-dresses.com many times, she send E-mail to me let me make sure the order size, "why the bust and waist is so close?", they are very cautious and conscientious. Ultimately determines the size after communication for a long time, although it's a bit of trouble.
After I received the dress, I am very satisfied. The measurements are corrects.

I ordered a flowers girl dress., they were very prompt with email, it cost an additional $26 when it arrived and the dress did stink like fish but I sprayed it and hung it to air out, minor alterations and it is wearable and really sweet but I did notice that there were a couple small rips, I dont think the dress will fall apart for wearing it one day but I saved hundreds of dollars on the dress and think it will do what it has to for the day.

My daughter's wedding dress plans fell through about 4 weeks prior to her wedding, and the hunt was on for a new option. We came across this site, and she found several styles that were to her taste, and the price was very attractive. We decided to give it a go, and have been very pleasantly rewarded. The estimated shipping date would have had the dress to us during the week before the wedding (we took the rush delivery with extra cost), however it was shipped a week early, so we had plenty of time. The overall quality of material and workmanship was fine and the fit was perfect. Some minor tidying of loose threads was all that was needed. But the dress was a little short for the very high heels she had planned to wear, so just meant a slight change in shoe plans for us, but the bottom line is that my daughter is very happy with the dress, and we have one less thing to worry about. I definitely recommend this site.
