I ordered a US size bridesmaid dress and thankfully only ordered one to try it out. When I received the dress, i had to pay for customs so there goes more money out the window. I tried on the dress and the dress did not fit. I gave it to my sister who is a size smaller and it didn't fit her either! I reached out to them requesting a return and they replied back saying take a picture of the dress... what?! The dress doesn't fit... how is a picture going to show that or did you want to see a picture of a half naked person? I emailed back and i got another reply that said you ordered this size and we sent you that size so no return. OUT OF MONEY AND OUT OF DRESS. I got really annoyed with them so send them another emailing letting them know of their horrible service which I'm aware they know too well. Finally i get another email indicating I'll get a refund and i don't have to return the dress... great right? Return amount was $30... I spent $130 plus custom fee and all I was getting was $30? F? HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.

Before i purchased my bridesmaid dress, i had a lot of questions. The customer service staff always can reply me very quickly. And they were really patient and professional. When my dress was shipped, they sent me the tracking number. Very quick delivery time. I bought it on May 23 and received it on June 6. It is faster than my expectation. When it came to my home, it really blew me away, the quality is very good and feels comfortable. I will definitely buy more dresses from here.

I'm from Buffalo ny. I ordered my prom dress on April 27th and it was shipped on may 15th and I received it today! The dress is beautiful, looks just like it does in the picture online. The size is perfeft & very true to size. The service is great I communicated with them through their live chat & they helped me with my size. I put in my all my measurements & height, they really do answer any questions you need! I'm very very pleased with the service & quality. I recommend this to any one looking for dress!

Firstly, I was upset with the tariff charge which was charged, but realising each country carries a customs charge. Then I wasn't sent a picture of the finished product. Secondly, when I received my dress I was in awe, it was fabulous no complains it was the exact dress that I ordered and my measurements was has submitted. You guys scared me at firs but I was pleased with the end result. I highly recommend this company. Love my dress so much

I ordered a wedding dress from caweddingdress.com 3 months ago, and when I emailed they said they did not have my order. The proceeded to ask my name 3 times and then after almost 1.5 weeks of emailing, they said they couldn't do anything because I must have ordered from a different site because they didn't have my order name anywhere. I tried to tell them multiple times I knew it was caweddingdress.com and they tried to tell me it was not. Will not be ordering my bridesmaid dressing from here, and finding as many sites as I can to leave a review about it.

I ordered and received a dress from CA dresses and it's absolutely perfect. After reading negative reviews I tried to cancel but it was too late. When the dress arrived I had to apologize for trying to cancel. I easily would have walked into a bridal shop and picked the exact dress. The service was amazing and the quality of the dress made me very happy. Plus the shipping was SO fast. Ordered and at my door in 9 days.

I bought my bridesmaid dresses here. The customer service was excellent and the dresses are beautiful. The ones I chose seam to be great quality. I was just a little bit disappointed that it turned out to be more expensive than expected because the exchange rate in canadian dollars on the website was off from what my credit card was charged and the shipping was very expensive, plus had additional custom fees at the door. Overall, I was impressed by the customer service, happy with the dresses but shy to ask my bridesmaids for the final total price.

This online shopping experience was more than disappointing. I ordered a wedding dress, had my measurements done professionally and paid extra for custom tailoring to ensure that the dress fit properly. I did receive the dress quickly (although beware of the extra charge at the border that no one tells you about). I excitedly tried it on only to find that the dress was SO LARGE IT FELL OFF. There is no way the dress was made to the measurements that I sent in. It literally would not even stay on my body, it was as though they sent the wrong dress. I contacted customer support only to be told to get it tailored. Hang on - I thought I paid extra for tailoring when I ordered it. So I went to inquire about tailoring. The price to tailor this dress was double what I paid for the dress... because basically an entirely new dress needed to be made because it was so enormous. I contacted customer support again and asked for an EXCHANGE. I just wanted the dress to be wearable. It states clearly in the refund policy that if the dress is not made to order (which it clearly wasn't) then an exchange could take place. I wasn't even asking for my money back, I was asking to change the dress. Once I pointed out the refund policy, my emails were ignored. Completely. So I am now stuck with a dress that I cannot wear, and have wasted a lot of time and money. This company is the WORST. I understand making mistakes, I do not understand not adhering to a refund policy. Terrible, terrible experience and I highly recommend staying away form this company.
