I ordered AC Compressor 60-*******RK from BAP website. The big picture of the part was exactly the part I needed. But they have the wrong picture for the part number and I received a different part, not the one in the picture. I called, chatted and emailed many times and they refused to pay for return shipping. If you plan on making a purchase, be aware, return/exchange is a nightmare with BAP.

I bought an air conditioning compressor from them had it installed paid my mechanic charged it up only to find out that the compressor was bad now I have to send it back to them putting my vehicle down for a couple of days they want a deposit of $161 for the warranty item so that I don't take both of them what are you out of your mind I'm really very upset now I have to pay my mechanic to taking out the bad compressor and putting in the good one hopefully it'll be good... I went to these people to save money the price was good for the part but the part wasn't any good and I already paid to have it installed you can't find out if it's any good till you install it and run it it's an air conditioning compressor now I have to pay to have it uninstalled and reinstalled so it cost me more than double of what I was trying to save to get this done because I went with these people instead of my local Napa.

Speaking with rep got me the actual parts I would need for my failed A/C repair. All parts met or exceeded OEM standard. I recieved a discount on the parts and shipping was fast and free.
End result is lifetime warranty on the parts.
The A/C works reliably and like new.

They said it would take 2 days to ship, but what they dont tell you when you buy, is it takes even longer to process. To make them process it quicker call them and tell them you want it processed. Then it arrived 2 days later

Dreadful experience

Ordered AC Compressor. They sent the wrong one. Returned it and they sent the same incorrect Compressor again. My mechanic of 30 years got on the phone with them and they wanted to argue about it. Had to send it back again, but this time only accepted refund, no replacement. Totally incompetent phone clerks.

I have been on the phone with this company on several occasions and each time I get the song and dance that we are training new people or he was new. I was even told that I would receive an email in regards to my product tracking number that night. NOPE no tracking number called back the next day to be told that my part was lost. I live in Arizona and it is WAY TOO HOT to be without AC in my vehicle to be given the run around continuously. I called today and was told that the person who supposedly processed my refund two weeks ago just submitted it this morning and it would take possibly one to three business days. This has completely unacceptable customer service and no one seems to know what they are doing. I was even told that once a vendor they use is to drop $#*! a part to you they can not cancel it and request a separate vendor to send the same part out. Apparently they need a system upgrade along with better trained staff. I have been waiting over two weeks for a refund for a AC compressor that cost me $300.00. I had to purchase a new another one through Amazon so now I am $600.00 out of pocket. I am wondering if I need to consider this a wash. Tread lightly when dealing with this company.

On July 6,2020 I placed an order for $41.34 with them via Ebay for a 1999 Dodge RAM 2500 New A/C Liquid Line w/Orifice Tube. As I live in San Diego and this company is located here in San Diego, I was surprised it still took them 3 days to get the product to me. Notwithstanding this, the product they sent was for a 1994-1997 Dodge RAM 2500. It of course DID NOT fit.

I contacted the company via email and Ebay and asked to return the product and to have a refund. After MANY emails to/from them, they finally told me to throw away the product (which I did) and they refunded $33.84. When I asked for the balance they stated the following: " the part price is $31.41 plus tax (CA) $2.43 plus the freight charge $7.50 total of $41.34" and they refused to refund me the difference of $7.50 stating: "we can only refund the freight charges $7.50." This is probably the only value of this cheap aluminum line made in China.

They also keep SPAMMING my email even though I have tried twice to UNSUBSCRIBE from them so now their emails (almost daily) go into my SPAM box to be automatically deleted.

Bottom line: $7.50 is not much but it IS MONEY and it is the principal of doing business honestly and correctly. When I couldn't wait to place another order as I had to get the pickup trucks air conditioner working (it's been over 100f here in my area) I had to purchase the part from the Dodge Dealer at over $237.00 plus tax. I also recently had open heart surgery therefore it was imperative that I get the air conditioner working so I could drive to the Cardiologist's office for follow-up. With all of this said and including the constant SPAMMING, this company refuses to do the right thing.

I placed an order on a Monday and the product said "ships tomorrow, Tuesday." Tuesday comes with no shipping confirmation, then Wednesday. I chat with Jayson on the live chat and he says the order is still processing. Thursday and Friday then come, still no shipping confirmation. I call and speak to someone and he says "oh I'm sorry but that product is sold out and it looks like you're not the only one waiting for it." So they took money out of my account for a product that was sold out and didn't send me an email to say it was sold out. Then he says "you'll have to wait 3-5 days for a refund." This is no professional way to conduct a business. You don't just take money from someone's account if you don't have the product in stock. I never even got a confirmation email that I was getting a refund. And then it took 11 days before the refund hit my account. I highly discourage anyone from shopping here.

I just want to express the customer service experience with a delightful young man named Eddie that i had. He was patient, kind, and had a lot of knowledge about the compressor i received. Thank you Eddie and the company your with. It means a lot to have a great experience when buying a much needed car part. Thanks to Eddie i was able to order and receive the right part for my car. By the way i have a 2 year warranty as well. Blessings to you guys

DEALERSHIP (backordered 3-4 Months and wanted over a 1200 hundred dollars for the unit
BAP had 7 in stock 2 day delivery - 1/4 the dealer price - fit the application exactly and I was backup and running in under a week total time

I placed an order for window rain guards on June 17th 2020. After waiting over a month for delivery and no update I decided to reach out. The process in total from the initial call took about 3 weeks with over 5 hours spent on hold with customer service. No one here seems to be able to wipe their own backside much less help you with your order. After weeks of trying to find out what happened with my order i was finally told it was on "back order" with no ecd. So in other words the were holding my money free of charge with no product for delivery in sight. I could go on for days about how terrible their support and operations team is but to save myself and hopefully you the headache I would simply just recommend ordering from another vendor. If you decide not to take my advice I wish you the best but don't be surprised when you find yourself right here writing a poor review of your own in a few months.

RUN AWAY FAST

Ordered compressor next day but they sent invoice as shipping ground. Leaving in vacation so tried to cancel but was told "order not processed yet so can't cancel"? Had shipment refused as I was already gone and locally supplied compressor purchased for trip. No refund no contact from them and now fighting with card company to withhold payment. They are out to get your money and to hell with any form of service.

This is the worst online parts company I have ever dealt with.my order came missing parts, could not be installed, then they resent new order that came even more screwed up. I needed this part for my a. C. To work and was told by there customer service rep they couldn't help me and I should send both wrong orders back for refund. They suggested I buy locally or from some other online store. Thanks for leaving me hanging with no a. C. In hot as he'll nevada.

I tried to purchase a refurbished steering rack. It was out of stock so I decided to send mine in to be refurbished. There is no such refurbishing done.
