I ordered a new Stigan turbocharger for my 2001 Ford F-350 7.3. The first one I received looked like someone had played bowling with it during shipment. Lol. A piece was broken off of it and the rest had places that had obviously been hit. So, that afternoon, after I had thoroughly checked it out, I emailed BAP and told them about the issue and sent them pictures of the damage and the damaged box. The next morning I checked my email and they had already responded! I was instructed to put everything back in the box just as I received it and take it back to the UPS store. The sales rep had already sent in a damage claim to UPS! So I took the box back to the UPS store for pick up. I knew they would take care of it because this is where I receive all of my mail and packages and they are great. Anyway I believe it was on a Saturday that I took the turbo to the UPS store. Well, on Monday I received another email from BAP that informed me that a new turbo was shipped out and I would received it by Wednesday, which I did! This one looked much better. Lol! The turbo appears to be very high quality. I'll be installing it this coming Wednesday. I don't expect any more issues but if I do I feel complete confident that BAP will take care of it in a speedy manner! I will not hesitate to order from BAP in the future!
Don't buy nothing from them, the remain parts are a piece of trash, I bought two and bough are leaking and the new one came from another car.

Bought a Duralo shock set for my Toyota Tundra. Car is driving much smoother now. No more bouncing along or swaying when I stop. Installed them myself. It was very straightforward. The price was good and the shipping was fast and free. I will come back and use BuyAutoParts.com again. I recommend!
Don't let them talk you into pills money out of your account as a wire transfer you will never see it again and never receive your product. If you happen to get a product it will be junk and you will be out of mechanic fees as well.

I got a new turbo for my 6.6 Ram at half the cost the dealer was asking for. The part came with free shipping and showed up in just a few days. I highly recommend these guys. I will be back again whenever I need another part.
I ordered a power steering pump assembly line. It was a direct fit for my 2004 Infiniti FX 35 which through a dealership it was discontinued. Thank God for B. A. P. They had it in stock. I recommend everybody to look into BAP before going to their dealership.
I ordered a left turbo for a 2016 SHO and received an incorrect part,, ok it happens but after 3 hours on the the phone and being hung up on rudely I actually got some one who was willing to help, after finding out it was a catalog era I re-ordered the the part based on what I thought was a informational conversation and paid again,,, received the very same wrong part,,, of course you cant get the last person you talked with so round and round for 2 more hours. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for second half of 1800. 00 dollars spent and bought the turbo someplace else where they new what they were doing,,,, they have poor sales knowledge, poor customer service,, AND THEY DO NOT CARE.
They sent the wrong parts, turned out they do not have the parts I needed and my refund took way to long to process,
They sent the wrong part, then took them 5 days to fix the problem in the system, then another 7 days to ship the part. Every time I called (I had to babysit the order to get it right) I was attended by a rude employee... and let me be clear... "Every Single Time". This people don't have a clue of what customer service is all about. They lied to me saying that they will overnight the part and when I receive the email they actually sent the part from the farthest location so it could take longer to arrive... just because I made a complaint to the BBB. Well... guess what? I'm leaving a bad review for every single day it took for my part to arrive and I will never use this or any of the affiliated companies for my fleet of vehicles.
I neglected to add that I have the towing package on my van when I ordered a new radiator. That was my bad. They immediately sent me a return shipping label and when they rec'd the part, the money was back in my account. I'll buy parts from them again for sure.
I needed a fuel tank for my car ASAP. I had ordered from another vendor five days prior and was quite disappointed (hadn't even shipped).
I called Buy Auto Parts and ordered my fuel tank with next day air shipping. I received my order (sent from NY to Oregon) in less than 24 hrs. Cost was about $100 higher (than other vendor) with shipping but I got my tank immediately. I was quite pleased with my experience.

I will not order anymore parts from them. Yes they offer you free shipping and whatever but they have sent me a returned condition condenser and very dirty/greasy compressor, looking like its also a return. I've called them 10 day ago for a compressor replacement and they've said it will arrive soon. So just now i was told it will be delivered in 5 more days wich is 5 day from now. So from the day i first ordered my parts to the day i will have them right, it may be a whole month. This puts me in really bad shape because its very hot in texas. Very bad business to me. It used to be a better business, this is not the first time i buy from them but am done with them. Hope others don't make the same mistake. Good luck.
Good place to buy parts, came fast and was accurate, I recomend this place 100%. No doubt about it. Very happy with them.
Order a turbo and was really skeptic. But I called and the service was outstanding and very helpful. The turbo arrived quicker than expected and exactly as listed. Just wished the washers were a little more description specific. All in all definitely shopping here again.
First of all, at checkout, I was told (In highlighted text with exclamation marks) that a FREE shipping label would be provided to return the core (For which I was charged $300). This was confirmed on the invoice. Later on I received an email from BAP stating that the return shipping label was attached. However it was not. So, as instructed I contacted their Customer Service. In a return email they said that if it was not attached then it would be in the box with the part. Of course, it was not. So I contacted Customer Service once more and, this time, they replied that they do not provide a return label for international shipment. This was not mentioned when I bought the part (I would not have made the purchase if that had been stated), all to the contrary. Plus, twice I got communication stating that the label was coming not to mention that it was included with the invoice.
Then, the mechanic that was to install the part noticed a difference with the original part and a possible defect. I went back to what BAP calls Customer Service with a description of the issue along with pictures and asked for certification that this discrepancy would not impair the normal operation of the part. Only to be replied the following: "Please describe in detail what is wrong with the part that you have received. We always recommend getting the advice of a professional to ensure that we can understand precisely what is wrong to allow us to assist you in the best possible way.". DUH! Read the email and look at the pictures! But, of course, it is clear that BAP is giving me the run around and has no intention of meeting any of its commitments. So, in the end I end up short of C$1,220 with nothing to show for it. Don't make the same mistake and stay away from this unethical company!
I ordered an A/C compressor. The price was awesome. $259.00 paid the mechanic $300 in labor. Unfortunately the part was defective. Took my car to another place to have diagnostics run. Yep compressor. I called buy auto parts they said to ship back UPS and they would credit my card. So I'll write another review when I get the credit.
I returned an item and 7 days after they received it, I have heard nothing from them. When you call customer service, you have to sit on hold for 45+ min and the last time I did the call was dropped.
Bought a turbo for 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0 Diesel paid $631.00 to have it installed and the turbo is defective. Call the company and they are giving me crazy options to make this wrong a write. I will never buy a part from this company again.

I was in trouble! Car broke down and needed a new turbocharger for my Chevy Cruze. Dealer wanted an arm and a leg for a new one. BuyAutoParts.com had a brand new Stigan turbocharger for half the cost. Free shipping only took 2 days to get to my house.
Not sure why there are bad reviews on here. My experience was great. If you look at other review sites BuyAutoParts.com has much better reviews.
