Part was a exact fit. No issues as of yet. But didn't receive the o rings for the power steering lines. I would think they should have come with the 2 small O rings.

I have seen the reviews fortunately I had great customer service from chris on 2 steering gears i bought they werent what i needed but got prompt refund and took the time to help dont know about the parts quality but again excellent customer service.
I bought a set of (new) Ford injectors from BAP because they claimed they where new for the price of re manufactured, when I installed them the number 8 injector was not working, they sent me a new injector and I sent the faulty one back, I put the new injector in and it was faulty also, I bought a injector from ford and put it in and the truck ran fine, It has been less than a month and all but 3 BAP injectors have failed, I pulled all of there injector's out and put in Ford injectors and the truck run's perfect, when I contacted BAP they would not refund my money they would only send more injectors, I would not use there injectors ever again and would not give the new injectors to anyone... I took a lose of $1300. 00
I purchased two turbos for my Ford F-150 (SO-*******). The driver's side turbo started making noise so I took my truck to my automotive shop and called ButAutoParts to have them send out a replacement Turbo since it was within their 12-month warranty (SO-*******). When the mechanic replaced the turbo he let me know when the turbo failed it threw metal throughout my engine. He also let me know the passenger's side Turbo was failing also. The failed turbo destroyed my engine leaving with a $13,000 bill to replace the engine in my F150. I called ButAutoParts about the issue and they said they would only replace the two bad Turbos and would do nothing about my engine that was destroyed by their faulty Turbos.
I spoke with Steve Espinosa and explained to him that I was always required to carry Errors & Omissions insurance for issues like this with my companies. He stated their policy wast to only replace the parts that were purchased from them. I was being reasonable and explained I was not expecting them to cover the entire cost of the repair, I was only looking for them to pay a fair portion.
I do not feel I was treated fairly as I purchased the Turbo's from ButAutoParts in good faith expecting them to be a quality product. Now I am left having to purchase a new vehicle for my family, and am left with a truck that has little to no value.
I could not be more disappointed with this company.
Three turbo chargers in less then 20k miles on my truck all have the same failure. Seal leaking and consuming oil...
First one replaced on 9-10-18 second one replaced on 11-2-18
Third one failed on 4-30-19 and all three had the same issue. My truck has not had 20k miles on it since the first one was replaced. These are suppose to last a few 100k miles. Not every two to five months. Lets not forget every time one fails I have to pay a technician to replace it. The experience I've had so far has been very expensive.
BuyAuotParts has poor customer service and could care less about future sales yet keep what customer they have. I would not recommend this to any of my truck drivers that need parts for their trucks.
Good luck trying to get a manager or supervisors help in this situation.

Awful experience with this company. I was sent a part that does not work then when I called to return it I am told "oh in order to use the warranty you must send us the part back so that's florida to Texas I believe which is definitely going to take more than just a few days then I'm told that "once we receive the part that you want to return then we will send you out a new different one that "works " I told the woman who is telling me the company policy on how their "warranty " works that I can either do that or pay a $60 deposit right now over the phone and they will shop me out a "working " part that I need and I once i send back the first malfunctioning part they sent me and it is recieved then i will be refunded my $60 deposit. So that is how this company's "warranty works" what a scam and I have spent over a hundred dollars and now all I can get is my time wasted while they polish up another refurbished piece of junk and send it out in Hope's that it will work for me. SmH never again please steer clear of this company and stick to you local autopart store like I should have.
The product failed in less than one year. The bearing was defective. They, of course, would do nothing about it, as it was almost 12 most. Do not get caught up with the low prices. This is a sham operation.
Their prices are low so I purchased from them. Air Conditioner part failed after 3 weeks. Being in Florida in the middle of summer this needed urgent attention. Called their warranty line - left a message. Called the next day - left another message. Emailed them - got no reply. Had to purchase a NEW A/C Compressor and re-pay for removal and installation. 3 weeks after I emailed them they responded saying to send them the part and they will send me a replacement! WTF? Are you guys serious?
Their prices are low so you will be TEMPTED to order from them. Just know that their warranty support is slower than a snail so if you have time to wait then go for it. If you're a normal person - 3 weeks is ridiculous to respond.
I placed an order for a steering rack with BuyAutoParts through their Amazon site. I received notice that the part shipped on 7/3, and would arrive between 7/11 and 7/16. When I look up the UPS tracking number, the status I get is that the shipment was voided within minutes of it supposedly being shipped. I have tried contacting BAP through Amazon and the email contact on their site, but I cannot get anyone to respond to me. I have also tried calling their customer service line, but the wait time is generally over 30-45 minutes. They say that they have a live chat function, but I have yet to see it. I have a vehicle sitting in my driveway waiting for this part, but I have no idea what is going on with it. Do yourself a favor... go somewhere else. I really wish I had.
Purchased some front windscreen wipers for my car via the website. Entered what my car was and the website listed all the compatible wipers. Purchased some. Delivery took quite a long time. When they eventually arrived tried to fit them to my car and they don't fit. Contacted customer services and explained that I had used there make and model search tool to find the correct wipers only to be told it doesn't work very well and I should have emailed customer services to check! It didn't state this anywhere when I was purchasing. I asked for a refund / send them back only to be told that I would have to pay for the postage back! It's not even my fault! It's the fault of the companies website not explaining their system does not work! So now I'm in a battle with customer services to get free postage for a return which is their fault! This is extremely poor customer service. I am never using this company again and would advise everyone to do the same!
I was searching for an a/c compressor for an 09 Volvo. That part was $861.00! Went to buyautoparts.com and paid $345.00 got it 2 days later brand new OEM Part! Im totally satisfied! You've gained a customer for life!
Stay away from them. Payed mechanic to change evaporator core. The new one leaked. Had to pay him to change again. Asked buyautoparts.com to give money back. Would want to pay to put junk in second time. They wont give refund on just parts

This is by far the worst company to deal with. They send the wrong part you try to call to resolve the issue you are on hold for hrs, the service is rediculouse keeping you on hold for 5 hrs then bounced to another person on hold for 2 more hrs and bounced again and again and on hold forever with each person. You try to buy the off brand none in stock they automatically give you the OEM PART that cost 2 times the amount. I will never order from this company ever again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Buyer beware!
I think a class action lawsuit for false advertising is needed. In fact, in some states there can be criminal charges associated with false advertising. Even one person can sue them for this in small claims court. Sometimes that's all you can do to sit a company down and let them know the BS isn't going to be tolerated.
They send faulty parts, leave people on hold for hours, make returns next to impossible, send parts that do not fit car and tons of other issues. There are bad reviews everywhere for this company on the Better Business Bureau, Amazon, EBay, Trust Pilot, Reseller Ratings, Yelp and it's the same thing over and over again. They advertise the EXACT opposite on their website and when you call into their customer service line. It's false advertising and it's about time we get these jokers legally to stop the BS and lies.
Received two faulty steering racks in less than three years. Company did not follow Manufacture's published requirements. Sent pictures and Manufacture's pressure testing requirements. No labor credit. We have now joined the other thousands of

I ordered a part from them on April 24th with a promised delivery date of May 2nd. Not only did they say the part was in stock, the price I bought it for was $116.00. I got an email saying that my money had been refunded with out any further explanation. When I called, I was put on hold for over a 1/2 an hour so I used their chat feature. I was told the part was in stock but NOW the price was $249! Unreal. This place is awful.
