The shipping of the item was delivered quickly, actually a day earlier than expected. The product, however, had a default that caused a problem with the installation.
The bolt on the high side had to be replaced because the hole was not drilled deep enough, therefore, the bolt would not tighten and could not hold the vacuum. I was charged $150.00 extra by the repair shop to get the hole drilled to tighten the bolt.
After waiting 3 weeks for Quadratech to finally tell me my crown steering box was on 3 month back order I canceled it and found this company. Ordered it on a Wed it showed up Monday and truck is back on the road with a brand new steering box. Don't waste your time with a rebuilt one from Advanced it was junk!
In 2013 my son and I replaced the A/C in his Ford Ranger pickup. The "kit",(accumulator/drier compressor, oil, expansion valve and O rings) was purchased from BAP. Took half a day to complete and the A/C ran cold up until he sold the truck last year. That's seven years of trouble free service. That's why I just purchased and replaced the A/C in my 2000 GMC Sierra Pickup with another purchase from BAP. A/C is running great as expected. Because of our satisfactory experience on the 1st install I had no hesitation in ordering from these folks again. These are quality parts but remember they can't compensate for a sloppy install. Don't cut corners. Be sure to flush all lines, draw a good vacuum, test for leaks, and get the pressures right. The extra time you take to do the job correctly will pay off in the long run.
I had ordered a radiator from a competitor for a lower price they sent me the wrong one. I was searching the web and found BAP. When I was searching their site a message box came up asking me if I was finding everything alright. Well needless to say the rep helped me find the right radiator and placed the order for me. I got my part when they said and im Happy. Thank you BAP. I would certainly recommend you to my friends and family.

C******* purchased A/C Compressor for my BMW from them & found out what they send was wrong one so I returned it back sealed pack & they gave me store credit & told me you can use it anytime as money to buy anything from our website so i placed an order for Breakpads & Rotors for my other car 2 weeks back over the phone & person confirmed about my store credit with their account department & processed my order after couple days I got phone call that my store credit has to be used in 1 yrs which I was not aware or informed about so they cancelled my order I have proof of email for refund & it doesn't say anywhere I have only 1 year to use my own money they owe me... Ridiculous Experience

Crooks. I purchased a steering gear online on a weekend. They showed to have 10 in stock and ready to ship. Being a work truck, I paid an extra $125 for next day shipping as well as additional $125 for extended warranty. Long story short, they charged me CA tax(I live in TX), did not have the part in stock, and after cancelling my order will take them 2+ days to refund my money.
NEVER order parts from this company. I ordered a steering box for my classic car and they sent the wrong one even though I gave them tagged part #, year, model ect. I eventually sent my part to their rebuilding mechanic. When it was all said and done they refused to refund me a core charge of $350 when there was never actually a core involved in this transaction since they sent me the wrong part. I tried to talk to upper management but accounting told me it's policy and they won't refund me. I am currently filing a claim with BBB so this awful customer service doesn't happen to anyone else.
I purchased a turbo that did not fit even though their website stated it did. The website says easy return, but when I call to return they repeatedly hang up on me. The phone representative was nice and polite until he found out I needed to return a product. He then extremely rude and arrogant and hung up. I called back 4 times and was hung up on every time. The absolute worst company I have dealt with in quite some time. I will never use this shady company again.

The other box received empty box nothing inside. Took one week to file the claim and I'm still waiting for my refund. The sales person I dealt with from the very beginning was very nice but I'll never do business with his company again
The customer service is horrible! They lie about when the part is going to be shipped out, and delivered. I got the run around for almost a week after ordering, before someone actually told me why I didn't already have my part. I ordered my part on the the 19th, I was told I would have it on the 22nd. I finally got the part yesterday the 2nd. Thwy wouldn't even give me the corporate office phone number when I asked

Very upset with my first order. Item(condenser) arrived damaged(bent some areas), then the shop guy fixed it, but it also didn't fit to my vehicle.
Paid for overnight shipping and when I didnt receive the next couple days the company told me that because it was Friday when I purchased i should of selected "overnight shipping-saturday"! Wtf is that and why is that nowhere on there website an option!?

After ordering a rack and pinion assembly from a bogus company in Florida, we found BAP on line.
The ordering process was transparent and easy. The replacement part arrived sooner than expected. Unfortunately the weather has not been conducive for outdoor work.
I expect this part to be the solution to an on-going problem.
