My turbo boot kit was shipped with the wrong clamps, I contacted them and got a reply almost immediately, their customer service was great, They took care of the problem right away without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. I will definitely buy from them again in the future. Cheers David

We tried to buy a part and all the sudden I get a email on the weekend saying there's a problem processing it yet thing is as I called right after I mean yesterday I made the order to customer service and was told everything looks fine and that I should be getting my order in a short time because I wasn't that far you can about imagine my surprise Wanna get an email over the weekend stating my cancel and that if I gotta hold them within 5 days my order be fine. So I call Monday morning and am told I didn't reply in time so my part and money are gone for now

This company came up high on the list of Google searches and when I called them I was asked for my vehicle's year make and model. My air conditioning compressor had gone out, and the sales person I spoke with made no mention of there being multiple compressors that would fit this car. I was told that they had the correct parts and stock. I was also told that they could overnight this part to my dealer for repair. The items arrived at my dealership promptly at 10:30 the next morning. So far I was very excited with the service I had gotten from this company. However thowever the part that was sent was not the correct part of my vehicle and could not be used. When I called the company back I was told that there was in fact a second compressor However they were out of stock. I requested a refund once the item was sent back and I was promised a shipping label and a full refund. I ordered from another company. The parts were delivered as promised. And I sent the original parts back to buy auto parts Today approximately a week after I returned my parts I get an invoice showing a refund approximately $100 less than I paid. When I called customer service I was told that I ordered the wrong part and they do not refund shipping. When I tried to explain that there were no options given to me for multiple parts that would fit this vehicle when I originally called. The person repeated that they do not refund shipping and hung up on me. I believe the company is very good at expediting orders letting orders, but but if ordering from this company I would make very sure of the exact part numbers based on your Vin number because the company doesn't take the time to ensure that you get the correct part.

Although I went through a little confusion because of the internet and my failure to read the entire part description, the return process was pretty seamless, they worked with me and I had no issues getting a refund in a timely manner. The initial delivery was quick. The only downside is how when you shop on the internet, ask for a part for a specific vehicle, such as a compressor, there site comes up showing a photo of a compressor whether or not they actually have it for that vehicle. This is fairly common with part house though.
I purchased the wrong year part, and then the motor on the vehicle blew up. The company was very understanding and allowed me to return the the unit. I will Highly recommend them to anyone else. I personally will use them for any car parts that I may ever need in the future! Thanks
When all you're doing is looking at a computer screen and have no automotive background you can't tr u st you'll get the right part. Triple checked/verified fit vin number given and still got the wrong parts. The computer and site have them marked incorrectly.
I am not sure if anyone has had the unfortunate opportunity to do business with a online company by the name of buyautoparts.com without going into much detail let me say this. I ordered and paid for a compressor kit, it did not have all the parts in it so they took out the price of the unavailable part but the kit was higher than another kit that came without the part. So I cancelled it.
I then ordered the other kit without the condenser for much cheaper plus next day shipping to get it yo me quick. After ordering I went back in the site to check my order and notice that it said all ac compressors get free next day shipping. So I called to get that. The guy who answered the phone was rude and said "and?" So I said I would like you to refund my shipping cost and give me the free shipping that you advertised. He grudgingly mumbled something and said I will transfer to mmmmm. I did not understand who he said and asked again, who was he transferring to and he said the exact same thing. Mmmmmm. Next thing you know I am listening to hold music…
When the so say manager or supervisor came on I asked if I had to repeat the situation or was it relayed to him he said no I just need your telephone number. But I could instantly tell that the last guy must have said something derogatory about me because there wasn't even a hint of customer service in this guys voice. He said that my parts were ordered late yesterday and that it shows that the parts were in the way and if there was anything else I needed. I explained that was not the intent of my call. I tried to explain that because of the ad on the websit I was looking for a refund. He said I Had ordered a package or kit with a compressor in the kit But the add is only for a compressor being purchased on its own and do I want a refund. I was floored at this that I did not even know what to say. He immediately said is there anything else that I can do for you and waited a second and hung up on me. Now you look at this and tell me what you see…
I will post this in as many places as possible because if I can stop just one person from dealing with these guys I feel I have saved someone from a embarrassing headache.
I live in Canada, I ordered some parts and was over charged I called in to rectify that and they transferred me 3 times put me in an endless queue and then finally hung up on.
I called back shortly after being hung up on and asked them to cancel the order, since the order cancelation I have been given miss information and the refund keeps getting delayed.
I have tried to get this resolved through my bank but sadly they cant do anything.
I have called multiple times and was hung up on a majority of the time.
A week later and I am still waiting for the refund.
Help was great. All questions were answered. Delivery was next day no extra charge. Over all highly recommended

I have unsubscribed TWICE Still getting work. Deleting emails I neither want nor asked for is really getting me angry. I am NOT your personal wallet. I ordered an AC compressor and they sent me the wrong part. I had mental health issues and by the time I had it ready for a return, I had passed the window for a refund. They helped me with an exchange. Their customer service over the phone was great. I did have a long wait time for one of my calls. I only mention this in case you're trying to get a hold of them before a deadline. Make sure you give yourself ample time to take care of it. I missed my deadline for a refund, but I remembered the date wrong.
I ordered a compressor for my car and paid for the 2 day shipping. Their website stated it was in stock and had a picture accompanying that showed the correct part, but when it arrived it was for the next generation vehicle and was inapplicable with mine. Contacted customer service and ended up shipping it back the very same day, making sure to get tracking info so I would know when they received it. 2 days after I had confirmation it had been delivered I contacted customer service again, was told that in 2-4 business days I would see my refund and that an email was being sent to me stating the refund was processed. 7 business days later, still no sign of the email or my refund so I contacted customer service again; I was told the warehouse had overlooked the part and that the refund had been processed one day prior, and was actually sent an email confirming the processing of the refund. Upon reviewing the email while still having the representative on the phone, it showed the cost of the compressor being refunded but not the extra shipping cost I paid. When I asked the representative about this he stated that no company refunds that and that the shipping was correct. I asked to speak with another associate and was told he was the supervisor, that there was no one else I could speak to and that the refund would potentially take up to 10 days to process from this point on. Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence, from their warehouse to the customer service, this is a company to stay away from. You're better off ordering from competitors, it's not worth the headache.
