Ordered part for Mercedes turned out to be the wrong part, had no problem returning it getting refunded and reordering new part. Definitely happy with the service I received!
The price for a supercharger was good and providing shipping with lables saved alot. I had to return a part through no fault of Buy Auto and they were pleasant and prompt. They were the best auto parts online store people I have ever dealth with. I am bookmarking them for future purchases

I WILL NEVER do business with this vendor again. I'm not sure about their other parts, but be advised not to buy a Rack & Pinion here.
Purchased a rack & pinion that I paid my local Chevy dealer to install. The first rack I received was SEIZED to the point where the dealer couldn't get my car out of their service bay! I was unable to drive my car an inch with rack & pinion #1.
The 2nd rack & pinion was quickly sent - kudos to their shipping department. I was able to drive 5 miles with rack & Pinion #2, then it would bind up when the fluid warmed, causing a loss of power steering.
This vendor refuse any responsibility for labor on DEFECTIVE PARTS! When confronted, they offered to refund money on the part once they received the core. Kudos on this, as they were prompt in the refund process.
Meanwhile, I had spent nearly $1,100+ on labor installing two consecutive defective parts, and had to pay for labor a 3rd time after purchasing a Rack & pinion that works from a different vendor.
This guys have the worst quality in parts in the market

Recently purchased a rebuilt steering box for my 69 bronco from Buy Auto Parts and was very pleased with the customer service on the phone and the overall service. Product came quickly and was exactly what I needed
The center support bearings on the driveshaft on my 2010 Cadillac SRX went out and the part is not serviceable so I had to buy a new one. Saved about 50% on BuyAutoParts. No one I shopped had a better price!
Sent the wrong part, denied that they sold the part I ordered, even though it is still on their website, and expected me to return it at my expense even though the error was clearly and fully theirs. Buyer beware, but never again for me!
I've been a customer with BAP for some time now and have always been right as customer service, delivery on time and with good price. "A plus" keep up with the good job guys...!
BUYAUTOPARTS had a remanufactured steering rack in stock that was not available ANYWHERE in the country. Ford was not even taking orders for the part, 'factory back order' they said. BAP had it in stock at a good price and shipped next day...

I recently just bought a 1998 H1 civilian version, which is close to the full military style.
I need a steering box, and Buy Auto Parts had it to my door within 3 days and with a return form for my core.
I was highly impressed being it was a H1 and a 1998 model.

My mechanic could not find a turbo for my 2008 RDX. So I found BOP and they sent me the turbo. Unfortunately my car was totaled by a drunk driver and I contacted BOP to see about returning the turbo. They not only did take the part back but paid for shipping return!
I'm giving BOP as a part resource for my mechanic. He wants to use their inventory for his business.

On or about 19 November 2021, submitted a purchase request to Buy Auto Parts for a Rack and Pinion for my 2006 Cadillac STS, but cancelled the request shortly thereafter. The Lady whom I contacted with my cancelation request was exceptionally proficient the return process. I cannot remember her name, but following my conversation with her, my refund was returned to me within ten days after returning the Steering Gear. I had to replace AC compressor on 12 Jaguar JXL due to the pressure solenoid failure, R&R was very brief surprisingly for my first Jaguar AC but took me less than three hours including charging system and I'm Toyota Master! Always buying my compressors from BAP website and always happy with the choice and price.

Bought a steering box for a 1999 durango, part came fast but was not a brand new part as advertised. This was a remanufactured part. You could tell from the poor paint job that was done to it, next complaint was that the box was loose and had to be adjusted after install. New boxes never need to be adjusted out of the box, other thN those 2 faults the box works great
I was so impressed with the service and patience I received. I kept ordering a steering rack that didn't feet just because I didn't know the year they use to build this factory 5 kit. I was amaze how fast I received the parts. Being the wrong part, we decided to send the original. They fix it and send it back to me in two days. Thanks so much
