I liked ordering from "Buy Auto Parts" easy site to work through great pricing, fast delivery, right parts that will fit my truck

I purchased a compressor through by auto parts for my vehicles air-conditioning that went out. It was really stressful not having AC living in Southern California. I received my compressor but due to the pandemic I had to wait a few months in order to get the repair done. Once the mechanic looked at my compressor he removed it from the vehicle and open the BuyAutoParts.com compressor which was the wrong compressor! So I paid to have my compressor uninstalled and reinstalled and I had to send the compressor back to buyautoparts.com. The customer service woman on the phone was extremely rude and was questioning why I was taking so long for me to get the compressor put in the car to begin with, she was extremely condescending and was not helpful at all. On the website due to the warranty it says that they will pay for shipping but she was trying to have me pay for shipping to have it expedited. I said I couldn't do that if she could please send the item and I will send back the compressor. After a lengthy stressful conversation she finally helped me, it was a nightmare. Once I receive the new compressor from BuyAutoParts.com, the new compressor was defective. So I had already paid $240 to have a compressor uninstalled and reinstalled in my car. And $960 to find out that the compressor they sent the second time was defective. An absolute nightmare dealing with buyautoparts.com. I finally got the proper compressor put in the vehicle on the third time that they sent me a new compressor. So I spent over $1000 for no reason and they wouldn't help me recoup any of that money even though it was 100% their fault. I will never purchase anything from BuyAutoParts.com again I will never recommend this company or this website for their shady, condescending, awful behavior and lack of customer service. They made an already stressful situation an absolute nightmare to deal with that took over six months to fix my car, and it was all their fault. They were completely unprofessional and gave me no reason to have confidence in anything that they did moving forward.

I spoke with a great person at your company her name was Catherine I had a question about a condenser and a receiver dryer in the beginning she was kind of confused at what information I needed but once she figured out the information I needed she took the time to research it and assure me that it was correct information she is a rockstar and my book many people do not want to take the time to double check specifications but she's not this one out of the park she needs a raise at least a pat on the back and a good job done

I received the AC compressor quickly and it is working fine. It was an exact replacement for my old compressor.

This company will tell you that you need to buy an extra part to get the warranty on the original part you wanted. My mechanic told me this is a common scam with this company.

Was initially sent incorrect part. Called customer service and they sent correct part over night air. Customer service handled the transaction professionally and concern to resolve the problem

I was able to get a new compressor kit to fix my car's A/C system for a much better price than anywhere else. They even gave an extra 10% off and free shipping. I would not have been able to afford to fix it otherwise. I got the part in 3 days which is great during this time of delayed shipping across the country, They saved me from having to endure the recent 104+ degree Texas heatwave and I could not be more grateful that my system is now working great! What a relief- Thanks so much!

Great service ordered it Saturday and I had it Thursday and installed on Friday. This Texas heat bad.

I needed a power steering rack for my Santa Fe, the part came quickly in the mail and was an exact fit.

I ordered a replacement turbocharger for one of my project cars, which I document the progress on my YouTube channel. After doing a search, I found the Buyautoparts website and saw they had a turbo to fit my car. The price was good, in my opinion, as were the reviews. I decided to take a chance. I placed the order over the weekend. On Monday, I received an e-mail for their customer service asking to please call to verify the transaction. I called and the representative just wanted to call to confirm that I actually placed the order. It is good they are trying to prevent fraud. The order was confirmed via e-mail a while later. I selected FREE ground shipping when I ordered. I received the turbo a few days later, on Thursday. The box arrived sealed and intact except for one little tear on the side, probably due to shifting in transit. I had absolutely no problem with the ordering and shipping process. I cannot speak to the functionality of the turbo yet because I have yet to install it. I will update as appropriate.

So far my new turbo works great for my vehicle. It was a perfect fit and about $300 less expensive than the alternative. I would use this site again.

I live on Guam and so buying parts from an auto shop costs more since they have to order online as well. I'm glad I can order my parts online and receive them quick. They sent me an email to call them and confirm that it was really me who was purchasing the item that is about $600. I thought that was a nice credit card security. I was buying the car parts for my dad and he's happy about what he got. He wants me to order more parts from BuyAutoParts in the future.
