525i bmw. Transmission used 2650$ supposedly 50k miles! Came in w/ rusted torque converter! After running it started leaking oil! Returning trans for refund! It's taking way too long! This co what's the payment right away! I'm still waiting! 2 1/2 months! They keep putting you off!
Bought a driveshaft for my 1984 rx7, being 40 years old it's rather difficult to find parts, but not here. Not only was it around 50 dollars cheaper than any competitors, but it is also upgraded design from the original, the new driveshaft has replacable u joints. It was an incredibly easy intall, was a good quality driveshaft, and completely fixed my u joint issues. It showed up in less than a week after i ordered it. Absolutely recommend this site and look forward to ordering parts through them in the future. I wish i could have taken pictures, but it was such a quick and easy install i didn't think to take any.
First said I'd have parts Monday. Then Tuesday. Now saying Wednesday. Had to reschedule with my mechanic now and daughter is pissed as she has no ac for another week. Have u checked the weather?

I placed an order on June 28th for an AC compressor through their sister site, DiscountACparts.com. The price was VERY good and it arrived very quickly. I was hesitant to trust them as their compressor came up in a Google search result and the pricing seemed too good to be true. I have three older Audis and decided to then proceed with ordering two more compressors via the BAP site as they were still sitting in my cart from my initial search back on the 28th of June. I realized BAP was just another umbrella site for the parent company, GPD so I figured it would be OK as well. Wrong!
On July 1st I ordered two more AC compressors at their good pricing. My order just sat there... processing. It was of course the July 4th holiday so I assumed that might back things up a bit. Then I got back to work and busy and realized, hey, I haven't gotten my order yet. Checked online and still processing but of course I paid back on July 1st. Two support emails went unanswered.
Today, July 18th I hop onto live chat to get things resolved. Diane is the online chat agent and at first tries to tell me that my order had been delivered (uh, that's the first order). Then she looks into order #2 and comes back to say those compressors are back-ordered and the order was cancelled. Oddly, I never got word of this and had been given no refund etc. In the meantime, BAP increased the price of the compressors on their web site to $312 and I told Diane in chat that they show them as in stock, and I bet that if I were to order one now at that price I'd get it. She transfers my chat to Anthony in sales... and sure enough, they have TEN of them in stock but just didn't want to honor my order because THEY had screwed up on their pricing within their catalog.
The best part? I had enough sense to screen record my entire interaction with them and fully caught them in the lie. As of writing this revue, still no official cancellation notice. I initially said I had no received a refund yet but it does appear they did refund me. The video of my BAP experience will be coming to YouTube soon as well... S-CARS.ORG channel for those interested in seeing their dishonesty in action.
Very disappointed. Part shipped was not the part that was ordered. They didn't have the part and it ended up costing me twice what I paid Buy Auto. Delayed my project by at least 2 weeks. Will not recommend to anyone.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TOTALLY DISHONEST INCOMPETENT AND THIEVES. I PURCHASED AN ENGINE FEBRUARY 2023 AND THREE TIMES THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE. I AM HAVING A TERRIBLE TIME GETTING THEM TO RETURN MY $3,600.
Well what to say / why don't you package your parts properly, in dblwall card board boxes hd and use proper packaging and tape so it wont be damaged, so you dont blame UPS and dont sell somthing as new, that has dirt rust on the bolts very disappointed mike g what a way to pass the buck, i could have bought one local for a little more and had truck finished, and the closed sale thanks a lot your sloppy actions cost me a sale
I had trouble from other sellers getting the part I needed. Buy Auto Parts had the part reassured me that it was correct and shipped it quickly. I got it a a great price as well.

I ordered an AC Compressor from this company, and received confirmation on the order. After 1 week of waiting I looked on the site with that order, and it was showing status "Processing". I called CS, they found out after some time that the order was cancelled, bcs they don't have the part. I asked why they accepted the order then? The representative couldn't explain. It still shows in the system that the order is processing. I feel very uncomfortable about all this.
I'm the type of purchaser that likes to speak with people. My only complaint is that I spoke to one agent and the service was awesome. My situation required me to call back, and I couldn't reach the same agent and settled for a different agent who seemed more confused about my part.
Part is still in transit and still needs to be installed. No product review yet.

Absolutely trash customer service. And the product is absolutely terrible. Didn't even last 8 months, at about 600 miles a month. Not they expect you to pay for another one just to get your broken part warrantied. I recommend any other shop!
Bought a steering rack that had a $125 core charge. The product and price were 5 stars. I changed the part out and returned the old to get my core charge. It's been two months now and I have received no response from several emails inquiring about my core return. My time and sanity are more valuable than the money, so I've given up. It seems I've lost my core charge even though I took the time to package the old part and return it to the UPS store. I'm very disappointed with my experience here and will never shop here again. I have several buddies/hobbyists that I discuss car repair with and I share with them my lesson about never shopping at Buy Auto Parts.

Bought a turbo for my KIA and car would not run right. Sent to KIA dealer and they sent the wrong turbo. Have called and filled out return and no one has ever called me back. Out $995.00 dollars.
Price was good but no free shipping either direction. Also, sales tax is charged on the core cost but not refunded after the return.
Great experience with them. The products were good and there were no questions asked on my return of a few items it turned out that I did not need. They were professional and prompt in responding to my order and my concerns.
