This was my first time purchasing from Buy Auto Parts and was amaze of what excellent prompt service they have. I ordered a part and wasn't expecting it to be in the original box with the part# on it and on the part. Most companies do not send in this type of packaging anymore. The sales department was extremely helpful and will buy if I need anything in the future. Hoping they will sell more parts for older vehicles. Check them out you won't be disappointed. I would have added the proof of purchase and photo, but not sure how to upload. Thank You, Karen B

Excellent product, perfect fit, fast shipping! Only one failure, the costumer service. There was a problem with my address I called them and ask for someone who speaks Spanish, pass my call to a lady and WOW! What an arrogant person, getting mad with every question that I have. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!

I was sent an incorrect part. Customer service said they would check. Sent them a picture. They agreed and would let me know something in the next day. Never did. I payed 2nd shipping. Not refunded as of yet. This is not service and be careful if you 2nd day. 30 dollars of my money is gone for now

I would recommend Buy Auto Parts and will use them again. The power stearing gear box I order got here quickly and was of great quality.

After only having this rack and pinion in my car for under a year a inner tie rod shaped in half while i was going 40 miles per hour. I lost control of the car and was almost ran into by another car as you loose all your steering when a inner tie rob snaps off. I called Buy auto to let them know what happened and demanded a refund, i was told that there would be no refund and that i would have to return the entire Rack and pinion to get a refund...Get this they told me that they would send a new rack if i sent them back the snapped tie rod end...so I guess they want a second chance to almost kill me. Buy autos customer service also told me that a 2% failure rate on there parts is acceptable to them. I work in the auto industry and we cant produce 1 bad part per million, yep Buy auto operates on 2% failure percentage...that's freaking terrifying on a safety part like a rack and pinion. Imaging if I was in the highway traveling at 80 milers per hour, I would have for sure died. Buy Autos resolve is ill send you another one,,,,so now you will have a 4% chance of dying. Yep there price is cheap but is it worth your life? Pics are attached

My Honda dealer wanted $3200 for a new turbocharger and installation. I got a brand new one with a two year warranty here for about $700 and my mechanic charged me under $200 to install it. Seems to work exactly like the original one. I recommend it in all aspects.

I had to select a star in order to submit this review however I give "- 0" stars and will not recommend Buy Auto Parts to anyone. Unfortunately for me, my experience with the manager was not as pleasant as I wished. I was fearful of ordering online from a company that I had never had dealings with. To add the part I needed was crucial to feeling safe about driving my car, therefore, I had questions, however, the manager on duty that day was so rude that I and my mate left to hope that the supply we ordered would be what is needed to repair our vehicle. During these times prices are extremely high due to the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is my hope that the manager is a LOT more patient with customers in the future.

Their vehicle catalog is incorrect, therefore we received the incorrect part. Not a big deal, easy to rectify, however this company's customer service is horrible. After several attempts calling to get it resolved, several times being hung up on and several false promises of a call back, I got frustrated and ordered through another company. Now they are witholding my funds, stating that its their policy to only give a "credit" not a refund. Absolute BS and scam.

Ordering the part was extremely easy, shipping to Canada was fast and I was able to track it all the way. The part fitted my car perfectly. Overall and very positive experience through and through.

Kudos to Kathy - we had a 1988 Bentley rack and pinion sent out and rebuilt through them in less than a week! They were great throughout the entire process - Fabulous service - thank you!

I ordered a remanufactured VW Bus Steering Gear Box. They sent it within a couple weeks and it is perfect.

Ordered accumulator and evaporator for my 77 corvette and was assured that parts were a direct fit I called customer service and asked about a orifice tube and was told that it was already installed but that was not true and no schrader valves were installed. I got the parts after a delay in shipping and everything looked in good condition. After installing the evaporator the high side line that holds the orfice tube is to long and has to be modified in some way to be able to accept my connecting line, hope that I can make it work.

I bought an AC compressor from them on Amazon. It lasted nine months and failed. They replaced it and then the replacement compressor lasted 10 days and failed. I wasted almost $1000 on installation between both compressors. Their customer service was horrible they refused to refund my money when I told him I didn't want another replacement. I do not recommend you buy from them, my experience shows that their compressors are junk and they don't care about you, once they have your money that's all they care about
