They promise to get orders out within 2 days and then with delivery time of 10-12 days... so you would figure 14 days maximum until delivery. They lied to me about shipping date after I inquired saying item had shipped when it didn't ship until 9 days after the order was placed and now it has been another 10 days from that. So don't order from them unless you can wait 4 weeks to get it, even though they say 10 days. I fully expect the quality of these items to be as terrible as the company that sells them.
Paid $55 for speedy deliveryon 4 backdrops. It's been 2 weeks and the package hasn't even been shipped, even though the company tell me it has been (when I can actually get hold of someone). Invalid tracking numbers, DHL say they haven't received the package. It appears very dodgy to me. Avoid this company like the plague. I have already filed with paypal for a refund.
Horrible customer service, Waiting over 3 weeks, and All I get is a non functioning tracking number. Every time I get hold of them thru email's all I get is the same bull tracking number
A couple days short of a month and still no backdrop. I'm disputing my CC and trying to get my money back
I have to say this store is really good. I received my backdrop only need 3 days after i placing order. The quality is good enough to meet my needs. I'd like to give a 4 star.
I'm an event planner and often need to buy very large backdrops. But it's all stitched, with several small backdrops glued together until i found this site. All the size are seamless. It's perfect. I hope to recommend it to friends who are as troubled as I am.
But I want to advise the seller that it would be better if shipping were faster.
I purchased a backdrop from this company on November11. I was told it would take 9-12 days for delivery. Still has not come and it has been over 3 weeks. They keep telling me it is in transit. Pretty sure I am never going to see this delivered.
My Credit Card was Charged on 10/30/18 and as of today 11/15/18 my order has not shipped I was provided a Tracking number on 11/11 and there's no activity just a label created. I will never placed another order or recommend this company!
Wow, I have to say that the Christmas backdrop I purchased is so beautiful. It is for our Christmas part. I love it. Can't wait to use it.

This is my third order, i have bought over 20 backdrops from this online shop. I like their products very much, and i got the gifts every time.
Spent $30 to order a large vinyl white backdrop. Whoops! Did not realize that this ships from China. Got a message after about a week stating that it was shipped. It took 3 weeks to be delivered. And look at the photo of what I received. They folded it up to napkin size. There is no way that these creases are coming out. Plus, there is a large overlapped seam right in the middle of the backdrop. I threw it away immediately. This is useless to me. Buyer Beware! Don't purchase from these guys.
I finally received a response from Jason and he was very helpful in making sure i received my order. There was however one item missing, but he did respond very quickly stating they would send the item out. Now that i know this company isnt a scam Id probably order from them again but would be a little skeptical of how long it would take to receive the product.
I placed an order 12/16/2016 and still havent received it. I sent messages several times and never got a response. Now i get an email from the company trying to sell more backdrops. I responded to it stating i never even got my last order that i spent 90$ on and have no way of getting my money back. I received a message back from Steve asking me my order number so he could look into it. I sent him all the info and never heard back from him. I have sent several other emails and now he wont respond! So i guess Im out 90$ and also the merchandise i ordered. I will NEVER order from this scam of a company again! I hope others read the reviews before they order. I think the only good reviews are from the people who are scamming. Stay away from this site!

I bought one 8ft x 8ft and two 10ft x 10ft backdrops for my video studio, the quality was amazing, and only took 6 days to get my order. It is a powerful manufacturer, not an intermediary agent. Recommend to friends.
Great website for backdrops, it took me only 6 days to receive my order. Although I paid extra money for the fast express, but the quality is good, the effect of photography is excellent!
I received my backdrop exactly in 12 working days. They said it was of thin material but it does photograph beautifully. For what I need it for it was great.
I cancelled my order within a few hours of placing it. Was supposed to arrive within 9-12 days.
They told me they had already shipped it. Item has just arrived 22 days later and it is terrible.
Do NOT buy from this company. Buyer Beware.
One of my favorite backdrops, the material is pretty thin, we also bought a stand for it. It really photographs nice!.
I ordered a backdrop about 3 weeks prior to when i needed it. The backdrop showed up 4 days after i needed it. I contacted someone and they didn't care. Never apologized, didn't refund me. I don't need the backdrop anymore. Its useless to me now
