First, I must acknowledge it is a successful purchase. We purchased many polyester backdrops for photography. When received the package, it is worth my money. The quality is great. Backdrops are exactly the same as on the website, and the size customized is completely as my requirements!

** rather than refund me my money because that is what their company says they will do - they sent me multiple emails indicating that if I remove my review they will refund my money. I did not agree to it, I told them I did not trust them. However I will say they refunded my money to have their horrible customer service hidden, versus doing business with integrity. My thoughts about this company remains for you to stay away from this company!**(We placed an order with them and within hours cancelled as one of our team mates had already ordered it from amazon. They indicated they would refund it right away. We have been going back and forth with "bella" and it keeps indicating that it will be done right away. We had to go through paypal resolution to start the process with them. "Bella" then sent us an email indicating that because we contacted paypal on them they froze our money and now it is not coming. We should have checked for reviews first so we take ownership of that.

I bought some polyester material backdrop 10*10 ft. I need stand to take photo. The seller sent my order with two packages separately, the stand arrived me later 5 days than backdrops. The quality is okay, however the delivery time extra my expectation. I contacted customer service, I was told that because of many orders so that transport with delay. Whatever, I think i need choose fast express next time.

I ordered a polyester material backdrop last Tuesday, it is thick, i used it to take photos for garage kid. The delivery is fast, professional package. I recommend order polyester material if you need.

After submitting the review below (ONE STAR), the site owners contacted me to negotiate a settlement, so I would edit/remove this review, which is a step in the right direction. They committed to updating their site with more reasonable delivery timeframes, to set better expectations for prospects/buyers. Additionally, they have refunded me $50USD, which doesn't cover my loss, but... at least it's something. I have edited this up to three stars, due to this remedy. If considering, be sure to allow PLENTY of time for delivery before your project begins...

Backdrops arrived a week after the latest projected delivery date. For us, this meant too late to use - we had a specific project and timeline. Seller offered no meaningful remedy (Refund shipping only or return the merchandise (at our expense) for refund -- Return shipping is $70, minimal). Seller claimed no responsibility for website misinformation on shipping/delivery timeframes. Seller's emails were returned undeliverable. BAD SITUATION ALL AROUND. Only communication was through PayPal.

I cannot say anything about QUALITY, as they arrived TOO LATE to use. Package still unopened.

Regretting the transaction.
