They are liars. Full on liars. They claim to ship in either 4-6 business days or 8-10 business days depending on what you choose to pay for. I have been waiting for 35 business days and my order has not moved since September 20th. Customer service will not respond. I will be filing chargebacks against this scam company. They should not be allowed to be in operation. AVOID THIS AWFUL WEBSITE.

Edit: In the two hours between me posting this review and now, "Bella" (Who is their customer service "face") emailed me claiming that my package has arrived in my country and are asking me to remove this 1-star review. The tracking link they provided has not updated since September 20th and they refuse to provide a screenshot - They simply typed out a fake looking line of it arriving in my country. So either the tracking they provided is fake, or this package has still taken over a month to arrive. Liars, liars, LIARS.

I am a photography assistant and works for a film company. I found this vendor and attractive price when I browsed the Web looking for some interesting background.

Four days ago, I received my package included a green 10ft*20ft photographic background and some customized backgrounds.

I purchased Polyester material, which looks perfect! Exactly what I wanted! I think it's going to work out just great. Thanks again to Bella for their professionalism and their excellent production team! I will buy it again whenever I need one!

Lies upon lies. No refund. No effort made by the company to address any issues. Just chose to try to make me look stupid instead. When they were confronted with physical evidence of their obvious lies, they just quit talking to you. Do not trust them. Don't waste your time on their garbage either. A $450 order, plus almost $70 for 3 day shipping, and their product still showed up over a week late. They tell me they shipped my product on a Tuesday, but their labels don't lie. It clearly never moved until at least Friday by the date on the labels. Wasn't upgraded until Monday to the 3 day shipping I paid extra for. Too bad the funeral it was needed for was the Saturday in between. I placed my order over 2 weeks in advance. They assured my when I asked them before placing my order that it would arrive in plenty of time, No worries. But that was utter bull$#*!. I feel robbed after being treated so poorly and screwed out of over $500. Not to mention when you throw photographic evidence of their lies in their face they just bail on you. Quit responding completely. No ethics. No morels. Should be put out of business completely.

I'm an actress living in Los Angeles. I have quite a few self tapes required of me these days. Therefore I needed to invest in a plain, bright blue back drop to tape my auditions with and I ordered from this fantastic site. They got my product to me in such a quick speed and I have been so happy with it. I've already put it to great use for many self tapes. Their prices are so reasonable too! I can't thank you all enough for giving me exactly what I needed in such a timely manner.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Never got an email regarding shipment. Checked spam too. Sent 3 messages and finally tonight I get an email from *? Here is the response;

I purchased a baby backdrop and baby outfit on 04/05/19 for a baby shower on 04/20/19. When I placed the order the site stated it would be delivered by 04/19/19. I proceeded. By 04/17/19 I emailed the sales email and they responded they weren't in the office and would get back to me. On Friday they got back and said my product would be delivered on 04/24/19. I tracked the package, they did NOTHING until I emailed on 04/17/19. I am refusing delivery and requested a refund. By the look of other reviews I may not get it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! GARBAGE!

I couldn't be anymore impressed with this company!

I initially typed in the wrong postcode for my order and emailed them straight away (Monday). I needed the item by the end of the week (Friday) so paid for express shipping $40AUD which was suppose to be 2-4 days. I let them know in the email that I required it on Friday and they said they will rush my order and change the address.

When I checked the status of my order on Friday it was still being processed! I received a text from the delivery company saying that my order will arrive the following Tuesday, which was unacceptable. I emailed them Friday requesting a return and refund to which they haven't responded.

Not even surprisingly on Tuesday I received a call from my delivery company saying they couldn't find my address because they were halfway across the country as they never changed my postcode on the order.

VERY disorganized company. Cannot do simple things like changing address or follow up on promises made on their website.

Took the money for express shipping that supposedly takes 3-4 day and would not answer my email and provide with the tracking number or estimated date of delivery. After 10 days of wait we put in a claim against then with paypal because that is how we do our online transactions. They responded almost immediately after the claim was placed saying the backdrops will be there "soon". I again requested tracking number which was not provided. The next day the company emailed us the backdrops on their way and provided us with tracking number. Come to find out the backdrops were shipped the next day after the claim with paypal and in total 11 days after the order was placed. We received the backdrops total 15 days later but were charged $37 for 3-4 day shipping.
