I ordered 3 backdrops 2 months ago. I was charged immediately. I received a tracking number 2 weeks after i placed the order. The package moved for 1 week which was a month after placing the order and then nothing. It has not moved. It is still in CHINA! I have reached out to the company and several days later they got back to me and said there was a delay due to them being in the middle of a pandemic. Terrible customer service and I paid for expedited shipping. They will not let me cancel the order or get a refund.

The backdrops I ordered in late January 2020 took until late March to arrive, but only half the order arrived, the other half arrived by special delivery a week later after I contacted them. So they CAN get stuff on time if pushed. However, I had to ask them a few times where my order was. The backdrops are fine, quite strong although lightweight. VERY creased though, as if they were at the bottom of a pile of them. I've used an iron on just cooler than silk setting with quite a lot of pressure to almost get the creases out of one. Apparently the sun works better than other methods but there isn't any here yet (Highlands, Loch Ness!) In fairness, the backdrops are well made and look just like the website description, and the 3ft x 5ft size is great for photographing small items like cakes and hats, and wooden boxes and bowls, what we wanted them for. But it would be a BIG improvement to send them rolled not folded. And without such a long wait.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This company never shipped my backdrop as well as lied about refunding my money and ignored me when I realized that they were lying (never got the money back). When I threatened to dispute the charge through my bank they messaged me telling me the they had shipped my order AFTER lying to me saying they had given me a refund an entire WEEK prior as well as begged me to accept the package after taking OVER two months to even ship it in the first place. This was also AFTER I asked for a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE THIS BUSINESS IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL & NOT WORTH THE UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT.

I placed an order and then found something else that would work better for my needs. Literally NINE MINUTES after placing my order, I requested that my order be cancelled. They sent the items anyway. When I said I would be returning the items, they asked me to either gift or resell them. These were not feasible options and after many requests, they said I could return them. I mailed the package back to the return address on the package & when I notified that it would be coming and I would like a refund, I was told that the address I used was not their warehouse even though I was given no alternate address to use. Still arguing with them about getting a refund. Lesson learned - will NEVER order from this company again!

This company have just tried to BRIBE me by offering me £40 to REMOVE my feedback below!?! The morals of this business are completely unethical!

"AVOID! 3 of the 4 collapsible backdrops I bought were badly damaged. Packaging all burst and metal edges had ripped through cloth. I took evidence photos still in packaging and emailed them to buy-backdrop asking them to replace or give substantial refund. They did NEITHER. (Even although their lying website states they offer full refund for damaged goods). I spent over £240 on them and they offered me £8 compensation. (Yes EIGHT pounds!) After multiple emails they upped that to offer of £30 which I declined. So they then offered 10% off next order - as if I would order again?! Never dealt with such awful customer service. Do not trust!"

The background is professional, the rose flower backdrop is beautiful for my wedding next month! I'm excited and believe it will decorate our wedding perfectly! It's really one piece and seamless backdrop, great! The colors are vibrant, the background and clamps are good quality! I was unhappy because I bought 5 clamps, only received 3. Because polyester backdrop is heavy, the three clips cannot hang it well. I had to ask my friends for help. After that I contacted bella check my order. The seller checked my order and promised to send the two missing clamps quickly. I rejected this because I missed the time to use it. I required refund money. Seller agreed and quickly refund the money. Overall, the shopping is satisfactory!

The red rose backdrop BDD-1795 is too beautiful, it is amazing to me, the color is vibrant, and it is exactly the same as the photo on the website! It is definitely a beautiful decorative painting. I hang it on wall in the living room. It is very beautiful! Thank you!

The package arrived 2 days later than expected date, the shipping is not fast. I contacted Balla ask for reason. As the bad weather the transport with delay. The backdrop is beautifully, and realistic. Overall it is a good backdrop.

It's difficult to describe how perfect of the backdrops by words! It arrived five days before I needed it. This exceeded my expectations. The color is good, no differences with the picture. I purchased black backdrop, 8 * 10ft polyester material which is not see through, very soft and not easy to tear. You can fold it in any way without creases!
