Good quality vinyl backdrop, the color is more vivid than photo shows on website, and it is clear! I received several vinyl backdrops and missing 3 polyester backdrops. The seller told me there is another parcel, which is on shipping way. I believe the quality of polyester is also great!

The green backdrop is very good, and the price is cheap, with no pungent smell. It's easy to make videos when I hang this backdrop. I got many good reviews after I uploaded a video on YouTube.

It is a reliable supplier, I am sorry for the undue words. I got an email informing me of the tracking number, it is not correct, when I track it, the information showed the package in other city and delivered. I thought it was fraudulent because I didn't get the package.
I sent an email to the supplier, wellllll, that is a wrong tracking number. I received a new tracking number and tracked it, the package arrived in Chicago. Yesterday I got my items, good quality. Soooo happy, I will recommend this to my colleague.

I ordered this backdrop relatively early when our "leadership" first began ignoring COVID-19, but China and other countries were already deep into this thing and sure enough, as I figured, the backdrop got stuck in a shipping port. And there it sat, and sat, and sat.

I thought "I could complain about the delay, but in this challenging time it seems somewhere between ridiculous and asinine to do so." Instead I reached out a couple different times to "check" on my order. The response was immediate, professional and courteous. I never once had the thought "geez, did I get taken or what?"

The order arrived a couple of weeks ago and I've been remiss not writing my review. It arrived in great shape, looks great, and I'd order again.

I ordered my backdrop on April 29,2020. I needed the backdrop by Memorial Day weekend. Understood that shipping may be affected by Pandemic so I paid for 5 day shipping. Note I spent more on shipping than I did the backdrop!

Paid for backdrop and received a receipt of payment. A few days went by and I noticed I hadnt received any delivery notifications. I emailed asking about my delivery. They said sorry and blamed the pandemic. Within an hour I received a shipping niotification.

Well Memorial Day has come and gone and no backdrop. Prior to Memorial Day I emailed asking about delivery status and they said it's on its way. I emailed saying I'd like a refund they said they cannot provide a refund because the backdrop is in transit.

ABSOLUTE rip off. Clearly I am not the only one dealing with issues with this company.

I ordered a backdrop on April 14,2020. On May 4, nothing had happened, so I emailed to ask - they said they would ship it soon. No information about why they hadn't bothered to ship it yet. According to the company's shipping information, it should have arrived no later than May 6.

Fast forward to June 1. The tracking number they provided still shows nothing at all - no information about where the shipment is, when it will arrive, or anything else. I have written several times to the company to ask that they refund my money, but they refuse. I now have no option other than to do a formal complaint resolution through PayPal. Here's hoping that works.

Took my money on 4/21. The backdrops may be cheap cost wise but the shipping isn't. Still waiting on my package to arrive as of 6/01/20. Never even received a shipping tracking number. Oh and the promised shipping time? My order didn't even "ship" until 3 weeks later. I only ordered two backdrops, not a big order. Don't bother doing business with them, pay more for something that you will actually receive.

Update: they sent me a tracking number after sending them a few emails. The item was never picked up by the USPS... it's been close to two months.

I recommend not ordering from this company.
Ordered April 15 and paid for express post that was said to take up to 15 days.
Over one month went by and I emailed the company. They replied sorry due to covid-19 there is a delay, yet they never mentioned delays when ordering. They also said they will ship it out right away and confirmation with email and tracking #.
Another week and no email. Emailed them back again requesting a refund. They replied with an email with the exact same words as the previous. Copy/paste.
Next day got an email saying Your order has shipped. Nothing else. Spelling mistakes and no tracking #.
Emailed them again for the tracking # and they finally replied a couple days later.
It has now been 1 1/2 months since ordering, and the tracking # shows that not only is this product coming from China, but it hasn't even left the manufacturer yet.
I'll surely get this product long after I needed it, if at all.
Shady company that I will be reporting to better business bureau for taking money without the resources to service.!

Buy-Backdrop appears fraudulent. They took my money, claimed to have shipped, and provided no proof or accountability despite 4+ follow ups. Buy Backdrop claims USPS misplaced the package but USPS tracking records show Buy Backdrop never gave USPS the package. There are many other backdrop companies out there - use one you can trust. I am now in the legal process of trying to recapture my money or my product. Be warned!

I ordered a backdrop April 19. I was immediately inundated with spam emails from 8 to 10 companies, all with the same cancellation process and screen response. I was charged immediately. I didn't receive the order, so I reached out. Bella told me May 11 the order had been sent by FedEx! It's now May 21... No backdrop. I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry, but I'm starting to wonder if this is a legitimate company or a front for a marketing email mill.

I rarely write reviews but this product is worth taking the time to do so! I am so pleased with my new backdrop! It's absolutely how it was described! I opened up the package and unfolded it just enough (about 2 unfolds) so that I could put it in my dryer and warm it up a little so that when I opened it completely it would smooth it out. I have the backdrop up on my loft office wall at home and what an inspiration to have on my wall! You guys did a great job and at a great price! Many thanks to you guys for what you do!

We ordered 5 backdrops from this company on 2/20/20. Their website states vinyl backdrops need 24 hours and shipping takes 15-20 days. We tried to contact the company twice through the chat feature after a week had passed and we had still not received a shipping confirmation. We received no response. We then sent a direct email and stated we needed to cancel if they were not shipped immediately. They stated they would ship before 3/3/20. Our order finally arrived the first week in April. We contacted the company because our whole order was not there. It took several attempts to find out where our order was. On May 3rd we were finally given another tracking number. The order was supposedly shipped 3/19/20 and hasn't moved since 3/21/20. We did not receive notice the whole order was not shipping at once. We did not receive a tracking for the other part of the order until we repeatedly demanded to know what was going on. We have repeatedly asked for a refund or to reship the items as they are obviously lost and all they say is " Your tracking # is..." The customer service is horrible. I will never purchase from this company again. You are better off buying from Amazon where they actually care about their customers.
