I put in a claim for the warranty and shortly I had an email with my warranty credit! I highly recommend Brighter Blooms!

I'm back to buy some 3-gallon Gardenias, and I love the large selection at Brighter Blooms. I don't have time to plant dinky little plants that take 10 years to look decent! I love that I can buy large plants that will be delivered straight to my front door.

Not so good. I bought tree with 1 year warranty, plant died, and replaced by another one. But the other plant died as well. I opened a claim last week, contact number 406, but still no response from brighter blooms yet.
I knew when the tree came we should have sent it back because it looked unhealthy. However the instructions stated it may look unhealthy but will grow after planting. This week be its 2nd year and we're so disappointed that it looks terrible with little to no leaves. It's like a stick with no branches. Do yourself a favor and send your unhealthy items back immediately and save your time and energy.

I ordered two little lime hydrandea trees. One isn't looking so hot so I purchased another one and I'll try to revive the unhappy one. I'm not worried about having a third one if I can get it to perk back up because I can always use more hydrandea in my yard/ life.
