Pleasantly amazing at how well the grapes are now with multiple feet of vines with about 15 small clusters of grapes, we probably need to thin as soon as we get them planted out. Brighter Blooms sends out healthy looking grapes. Thank you!

Never received my order from Feb 13 2023. Order# 23-*******-*******. I thought I got scammed. Contact me and prove me wrong.
They mailed me a tree that looked horrible when it arrived. I reached out to them with a picture and they simply said that the tree was just shedding leaves and to do a scratch test. I waited a couple of months and reached out again to tell them that it was definitely dead. There response was that there is no warranty. That was a money and time just thrown out the window.
In general I think it is a good project, the attention is fast and the technical support is very good
The plant was delivered yesterday late so I was not able to open the box until this morning. The plant did not look well!It was very dry and the leaves were all wilted. Wonderful customer service! Our tree arrived with damage. We are not sure where in the process the damage happened, but Brighter Blooms made certain we were shipped a new tree. I received confirmation the tree had shipped only 30 minutes after our phone conversation!
You offered a 15 dollar off on first shipment for signing up e-mail and then didn't send a discount code. You guys made it right and refunded my account the 15 doller discount. Thank you very much. I got the trees in a timely manner and they were in great shape when I received them.

Rose shipped in Feb 2022. It did good last year but didn't get green growth when other roses did. I did a scratch test as they instructed and ground out it was dead. Since I didn't do the scratch test when it was dormit, warrenty expired. Never do business with them again!

At first I only received half of my order and then found out the shipping site had ran out of stock. Brighterblooms reached out and sent an upgraded tree from another site. Both trees looked healthy and ready to be planted when they arrived. Thanks
