Update: Customer service reached and and apologized for changing me shipping when I used my welcome coupon and spent the required amount, and said they will credit my credit card I used. I'm thrilled and thankful they corrected the mishap. I will be ordering from this company again! Thank you Brighter Blooms.

I ordered 2 Satsuma Orange trees and 1 celeste fig tree for my brother in Slidell, LA. During a hurricane, I think it was Katrina, they lost their house as it was completely under water. Of everything he lost, it was the fruit trees in his yard. I arrange for the order which included someone planting the trees for him since had a stroke since the hurricane. He didn't know until the delivery and planting. I live west of Houston, TX and was not able to make the trip to plant the fruit trees. I very much appreciated santa's helpers doing this favor for me.

1 plant is dead on arrival. 1 plant broke stems. 1 is alive and well.

Products no in good condition. Many broken branches, leaves in poor condition. I had a similar experience before with an order from Brighter Blooms. In the earlier order, the plants delivered were barely alive and died 7 months after planting.

I live in Southwest Florida. I lost two fifteen foot Christmas palms due to Hurricane Ian. I ordered two Christmas palms from Brighter Blooms based on the picture associated with what I thought was something close to what I was ordering, knowing that it would take awhile to look something like the old ones. The only good news was that the order came on time. The one box that they both came in was maybe a foot square and and five feet long. It might have weighed twenty- five pounds, including the dirt it was planted in and then wrapped in plastic. I was disappointed in my $200.00 purchase to say the least. I planted the trees, which looked more like twigs, as directed. That day we had wind gusts of 20 mph. The spindly trunks were no match for the wind. I had to build two supports to make sure that they would stay somewhat erect. I gave Brighter Blossoms a three star review then. I received a response from the support team that they were sorry, send some pictures. And they'll make it right. That was almost a month ago, and after sending three follow up emails and calling three days in a row, I finally spoke to an associate who making it right was that I should have scrolled down and saw that they don't sell mature trees, and what I should have seen is a 1/2"x1" picture of what I received. They sent me twenty dollars back and a we'll see ya. I should have gone to a nursery.

I purchased the black pepper plant as a Christmas present. It was delivered quickly and packaged well. Upon arrival the leaves appeared to be drying out and after repotting it, all the leaves fell off. The stem appears to be strong and healthy, but so far I'm seeing no signs of new growth but I'm optimistic that will happen soon.

Eagerly awaiting growth of plants purchased. Fell in love with the Burning Bush & Lynwood Forsythia and took a leap of faith to place them in my yard. Can't wait for their maturity.

I ordered a fir tree for my boyfriend and I to plant in the yard of our first home owned together to symbolize every Christmas we share together here. The tree came in and was healthy and I can't wait to plant it!

But the Bismarck palms 3 gal I expected to be a little bigger. One of two had 3 leaves bent / broken during shipment, did not cut them, try to bandage them to save them.

I ordered an olive tree for my new landscaping project. When I planted the tree, all the leaves started falling off. Brighter Blooms assured me that this was a normal part of the trees stress and everything would be OK. They extended the protection period from 30 days until May to make sure the tress indeed survived and made OK through the start of the growing season. The were very helpful in explaining what was happening and gave me the help quickly to make sure I was happy. A++ customer service.

I ordered the citrus multipack which includes the Persian lime, Meyer lemon, naval orange, and calamondin orange trees. They were packaged nicely, 2 per box. I was able to easily move them to indoor planters (winter time here). I put them in the sun each day and spray them a few times to give them sunlight and moisture. I water them as needed. I've had them for about 3 weeks and two of the trees have noticeable growth.
