So happy to find a lime tree for my husband for Christmas as our local nursery could not provide one this time of year. Selection was great - what I received was amazing - a healthy 5 foot tree. Sadly, not impressed with shipping, which I understand is a common problem nowadays. I checked daily on the status of my order and did not received any information until my husband told me there was a tree on our porch. Thankfully the weather was mild, but the element of surprise was pretty lacking for his gift.

The root balls were not secured to the box, the plants were on top of each other during shipment causing the leader branch to snap in 2 places. One of the tree had very little roots rendering the large amount of potting material useless causing more damage than necessary.

Tree arrived in good condition although very dry, but after a good watering it picked up.
The tree is very thing and leggy so I expect its been forced in some way but its alive and we will see how it turns out.

However, today I moved the tree to another indoor sunny location and over half the leaves fell off, leaving many less leaves than before. Is this not mail? What can I do?

I ordered a lime tree for my husband for christmas. It arrived within a few days, so I asked the online chat on your website how long I could leave it in the box. They said 2 weeks max, but after one week I took it out to water. All the leaves were dead. I even gave it fish water for nutrients. Didn't even give him the present.

I purchased this dormant little tree for my daughter. We had no problems with the delivery. It came in a timely fashion, looking as good as a dormant plant can look. I can only assume that it will blossom nicely in the spring.
WAY over priced. I purchased a one gallon black mondo grass and what I received was a joke. I then went to homedepot.com and was able to buy more of the grass at a third of the price.
I am sure that it was damaged during shipping so it is not necessarily Brighter Bllooms who causes the issue. 3 out of 5 leaves were snapped off, the planter was squished into an oval and the box it arrived in was severely damaged. Not sure if the plant is going to make it.
Awful but i wont blame the company i will say it was the delivery guys fault, the plant arrived in a very bad condition all dry nearly dead!
I received my order of three Clementine trees in an acceptable amount of time. They arrived in cardboard boxes, however, the plastic wrap around the pot that was tied to each tree was completely separated (ripped completely) causing the soil to spill into the boxes which in turn spilled out of the holes in the boxes all over my floor. The roots were bare on two of the trees because the soil had spilled. I sent two different emails to let you know and both came back 'undeliverable', so I gave up. I used the emails on the packaging and enclosed paperwork. I potted each tree and they seem to be fine.
