I book 2 tickets from Kuala Lumpur to Bali on 10th-20th June. Booking reference ID OD*******. My departure is coming in the next 5 days and I am not sure about the flight.
There was only notification saying Bravofly needs confirmation from my bank. However it has been 4 days since then. I expect online payment should always be automatic.

I have booked a ticket to Croatia and have only received an email saying "We have received your request.
We are awaiting confirmation of the outcome of your booking and we will update you on the progress of your booking as soon as possible." and have not yet heard anything from them.
So what is that supposed to mean!?

I am trying to change my flight day. I have called +39 0423 ******* over 30 times (not exaggerating). They've charged me $0.56 (10 times) despite the fact that no agent has picked up.

Even though the most reviews I read about contacting Bravofly were negative, I end up very surprised when they replied my emails and changed easilly my booking and also there wasn't any problems with ticket refund which was made within a week.
Called to request refund and got hang up twice when they found out it's a service issue not a sales. Give wrong expectation saying it will be fixed in one day and now ten days passed no response at all! Horrible serviee

We bought tickets to China and added 100$ each for "Flexible Fare" because it was promised that we could either cancel or make changes. Since than, two weeks ago, we are trying to make necessary changes but all you reply is that you forwarded our request to the relevant department. Well the "relevant department" seems not work at all. We called the costumer service and we were told that "there is no time frame for answers". We explained that we need to buy another ticket for our son but since we asked for date change we don't know on which date to buy the additional ticket and tickets are running out. Nothing helped, What a mess!
If we would have bought the flying tickets directly from Hainan Airlines we would have finished this story two weeks ago! We highly recommend to stay away from Bravofly. For the record our Booking ID is: *******.

I would like to emphasize the significance of the Full Flex coverage in your reservation. The latter gives you a cancellation coverage but doesn't guarantee the possibility to change.
Should you need to modify or cancel your reservation you will not be charged our standard handling fees.
Our relevant department is currently taking care of your request with one of the airline representatives. We are supposed to wait the airline to finalize the ticket status in order to send you a new confirmation e-mail.

After having cancelled a flight with a travel insurance, the operating company transferred my money back to Bravofly. Bravofly, on the other hand, did not transfer the money further to my credit card but waited. After 3 weeks and a call which are charged by a fee, they finally agree to send back the money. However, with a "service charge" of 20! Even though there was a travel insurance! In addition, when I told them twice to send me money, instead of a voucher, they wrote back "We are happy to send you a voucher". This is totally unserious and unacceptable. Never again, thank you.

My advice: Do not use Bravofly or their affiliated company Lastminute.com. They are using a deceptive "bait and switch" business model to lure customers to "book" and then email back several hours later to say the flight is only available at a higher price. Here's what happened: I went to Skyscanner to find a cheap round trip ticket to Athens to attend a christening. Bravo's price for flying out with Ryanair and returning with Aegean seemed like excellent value at £190 for travelling during the peak summer months. I booked it using Bravofly's online system. The confirmation only included a Bravolfy booking reference number with no mention of the price I had agreed to pay. When I rang their India call centre, they said the delay was "because they needed to confirm that my debit card was valid". Everyone knows that can be done automatically but their agent said it could take "several hours". I then went to bed. When I checked my email i nthe morning, I saw a message saying the price was no longer available but I could secure the booking by ringing their call centre and agreeing to pay an extra £27.19. I agreed and spoke to Lucyna in their Prague office. Who told me that she could not even confirm the new higher price because that was "handled by a different" team. Lucyna said I should get the confirmation in a "few minutes" But after i waited two hours and no confirmation came through I called to cancel" By this time the prices on the airlines' own websites had increased by £86 in addition to the £27.19" increase. Do not use this company! I'm just hoping they won't delay processing my refund. Lesson learned!. Book directly on the airlines website and resist these fake discounts.

I simply did not get the boarding pass from the return flight Paris-Venice (1. 5. 2016). I sent them an e-mail two times with no reply from them. Answer: We will aim to respond within 72 hours. If you are due to travel in the next 48 hours ( I have a flight in the next 8 hours) call our team( 24 hours, 7 days a week). I called them like 20 times but there was no answer. I call them on a paid telephone line six times. For each call I made I had given them my Master Card number. But on the other side there was no telephone operator.
Today i got a telephone call from Master Card: You must pay for 6 telephone calls (with no answer). I am still waiting for the bill for the long distance telephone call. Beware of Bravofly company.
Ryanair 's website tells me the Ryanair booking reference number XLJ6QF Bravofly provided me is invalid. I had selected 4th of July but their confirmation email says I booked for next week 21st of April. I need to change date asap but the Canadian phone number on Bravofly's website is also invalid and there is no email anywhere. I am now terrified I have been scammed.

I have been battling for a week to get a flight with them. The outcome from a VERY long process is that NO-ONE from their so called customer service dept called me back to confirm my flight. I have called, emailed and they have just ignored me. As a result I have had to cancel attending my family reunion! You are holding 700 Australia dollars of mine Bravofly, and all I wanted was a flight to see my family! I have tried everyday for the past 7 days to get a result but NOTHING! As the flights have now increased from $500 AUD to $1200 AUD i am unable to attend thev reunion! I will be taking this further. I would like you to sit back and think if it was YOUR family members you are trying to see! I bet it wouldn't happen then. Absolutely disgusting company

Ive order 2 ticket to the philippines from denmark in january.
2 Months after one of the flight has been canceled.
ORGINAL FLIGHT:
Copenhagen -> London ->Hongkong ->Manila
Cancelled flight Copenhagen to London.
So the rest is still confirmed.
Since i got the info (So its been 1 month now)ive been calling everyday the plane company and the useless BRAVO FLY.
The plane company gave me some solution but bravo fly didnt want to do anything and i had a lot of things plan in the philippines and they wont reembourse me for that either.
If i was informed earlier then i could have get another plane ticket but now they are really expensive because im suppose to play in less then 2 weeks.
The customer service/after sale service its the worst aswell! They were so unpolite, some of them was only telling lies. Basicly they are just answering the phone so you can release your anger to them but they cant do anything because they dont have the programme on their computer as they told me.
I even bought extra ticket from denmark to london because one of them told me that i could use the rest of the flight but after calling the plane company they told me that it doesnt work like that and that its them who has to do something... Anyways thats the worst ive ever expirience for booking vacation.
Good luck for those who are still fighting with them for tickets.

I had booked my flight ticket for my wife, ID: *******, From Zhuhai China to Zhengzhou China, 10:00 am 23/3/2016.
When my wife arrived the airport to check in for boarding pass, they mentioned the passport number is lack of a number and wouldn't allow her to check-in.
I am sure it wouldn't be a mistake of mine as i always check through the information i key in everytime before i made a confirmation to book my flight.
However i contact your malaysia office as it start operate at 9am which able to allow us sufficient time to sort out the thing as the flight is 10am. But your customer careline keep mentioning "Dear customer, our service line start from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm" and it makes my wife to miss the flight. Even at the time now 10:30am, your careline remain the same.
My wife travel from the place she stay to airport since early morning of 5am and used up RMB 100+. However I demand for a full refund for my flight USD 85.89 only as this is consider a scam case.

Further to a review of your case, I would to point out that both in the confirmation email and on our website at the time of booking, we invite our passengers to verify the necessary documents to travel. It is therefore the passenger's responsibility to make sure to own a valid ID and all the necessary travel documents and visas required for the trip.
According to our internal system, the first contact you made with our Call Center was after the scheduled departure date, for this reason the ticket appears not to be used and the reservation is now in no-show status.
In addition to this, I would like to specify that we have contacted the airline to double check the feasibility for a refund, unfortunately we regret to inform you that the fare you purchased is non-refundable.

Just booked a flight from Rajahmundry to Dubai for my helper on Bravofly.com - but it's now 45 minutes that I am waiting for the confirmation email while it just takes a couple of minutes with classical airlines brokers!
Totally scared since I am reading only bad reviews on BravoFly - so I guess I will alert the Swiss Fraud department and start posting several bad reviews on the social media...
Do never book a flight with Bravo Fly - they are not trustful!

After booking a flight with bravofly I never received a confirmation of flight details. After trying to contact them via their online enquires 5 seperate times from different devices I was transfered to a blank page. I tried calling but the local number was only answered mon - fri a pre recorded message said. Their international contact asked for my credit card details to be connected and I would be charged 4euro a minute. I tried also to email them and reach them through facebook however surprise suprise they did not get back to me. I have to book and pay for another flight as after contacting the airline directly they had no booking for me. Terrible!

I booked an online flight with Bravofly after missing an earlier booked flight. However, they did not send confirmation in time so I travelled to the airport. On arrival the Cebu Pacific staff informed me that I did not have a seat on the flight and that Bravofly had rejected my order due to a security issue with my card. I therefore rebooked with Cebu Pacific and took the flight a few hours later. I returned from my holiday to find confirmation of my flight from Bravofly which had been sent AFTER my flight had already departed and they had debited £231 from my account! I contacted Cebu Pacific who said that Bravofly are illegally selling their flights and they will take legal action against them! I contacted Bravofly who refuse to refund my payment. So I've paid twice for the same seat for the same passenger on the same flight and cannot recover either payment :(
This company is completely untrustworthy. If you plan to book a flight on a particular date using their website, after debuting your credit card they will assign you a flight on a different date that gives them a greater margin and you will be unable to get them to change it or refund your money. Don't use bravofly.
Answer: No. Please do not. They are fake and you can be in real trouble. Just google Bravofly Scam and you will be surprised to read how they cheated many people.
Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros. They are not willing to answer or refund. I am still waiting. Hope this helps.
