I booked my ticket through Bravofly, from Copenhagen to Paris, and Paris to Copenhagen. I had no issues at all, I got my ticket to my email and booking number to print it out at the airport. For some reason I decided to only check reviews 10 hours before my flight and could mostly only find bad ones.
It got me a bit nervous and scared obviously but I got to the airport, got my ticket printed, checked in my bag, went on the plane and had lovely staff onboard. I had a good experience and no issues what so ever. Thank you Bravofly.

I booked a ticket today and the money has been debited from my account. The flight is tomorrow and I have received no tickets, or information about the flight. I have tried to call bravofly to get to th bottom if it all and end up with dead and ends - on hold for 50 minutes - ended up hanging up. Nightmare yet to know if I have been scammed or not.

POOR! Stay well away! Flight booking urgently needed changing. No option to contact be email and international customer assistance line was not accessible past the initial language menu (menu would not accept my language choice). I assume this is so they don't have to deal with complaints or provide service.

Google led me to Bravofly for a low-cost ticket to fly to Coober Pedy. Print on booking form very faint, difficult to read. Took a long time to make entries. After giving card details, message said there was an error but no help to correct it. The booking timed out and when I was able to resume, the cost had increased by forty-three dollars. Payment failed again, no explanation. Made final attempt, cost now over thirty dollars more than previous quote. Had trouble exiting website back to Google, was dumped on hotels page with no back/home exit buttons and the site address could not be deleted. Time stolen from me -- over 2 hours.

Unfortunately I booked a ticket via them. The ticket doesn't appear with the airline so I cannot access anything. I still don't know if I actually have a ticket. On top of that the "online" system is very old, it doesn't provide any online services that the regular companies have.

We booked our tickets back in July. A few weeks later we were told that our departure times had been changed. No problem. This then happened an additional time, followed by a medsage that it had been conpletely cancelled. We asked for a refund, but customer service has been extremely poor in reverting to is, so now we have no tickets and no outlook to get a refund. Stay away from this scam company!

I had by far the worse experience possible. After I cancelled my ticket 1 year ago they told me it was "easier" to get a voucher rather than get a refund. DO NOT please accept that! It has been a nightmare every time i had to use it. First it does not work online so you have to call costumer service every time and a lot of the times their english is very bad so they cant understand what your issue is. Second, the price i saw and was booking online " suddenly goes up by 20 % whilst they are booking it on the phone and the answer is: " sorry, nothing i can do. Would you still like me to go ahead and book this? " This happened 3 times.

Now, today wins the price. First, the ticket i booked online 1 week ago got cancelled ( this cancellationwas sent by email) because there was a security problem with payment. Can i remind you all that i have a VOUCHER! Then, once i call the costumer service team for the 7th time, they claim it was cancelled because it was suddenly not available anymore. Mmmmm maybe you should agree on what you write and say first. Then I tried to book another ticket on the phone to avoid more complications. The lady gives me price of 36.60 Euros, takes all my details and whilst confirming my booking she says "ups, we had a problem with the system and the price has gone up to 537EUROS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

PLEASE PLEASE do not ever use this site. It's appealing!

My booking ID ******* made in July, unfortunately airline could not give us seats on the day we book, they offered an alternative flight which not suit us, we thus cancel the booking, expecting refund from Bravofly. In the meantime, we emailed Bravofly for refund status, but nobody reply. I called customer service several times to follow up, operators said is waiting for airline process. I called airline today, and found Bravofly in fact has NOT submit the refund application to airline?! Customer service is lying to me, it is useless to call them, when will Bravofly process my refund? When I can get my money back?

If you have booked with Bravofly you better hope that you do not need to do any changes on youre flight.
Tried to change a flight and was told by KLM that they have available seats and change is possible to do for small fee through Bravofly.
Bravofly answers that there are no seats left and refers to KLM, on the same time they have available flights on their own web page the actual day.
KLM refers to agent where trip was booked and do not want to have anything to do with the rebooking.
Will have to buy a completly new ticket due to their incompetancy/ unwillingness to assist.

I bought my flight on July and I got an email saying my flight was cancelled even though Bravofly deducted the full amount of my bank? I need to know what is going on with my flight. Wer booked a flight trough Bravofly. Through some friends who were going to take the same flight, we found out that the flight was canceled. We contacted Bravofly to hear about alternatives, but after repeated attempts they say only that they are working on it. Although the airline itself has changed the departure date, Bravofly neither updated the booking in their system or informed about this to us. You don't get any information about anything.

Our friends managed to change the booking but it seemed Bravofly did not even try to help us.

Now it seems also impossible to cancel the flight tickets.

BRAVOFLY - avoid bookings

BRAVOFLY has extremely poor services.

A few days ago, I made a request to book a flight for Athens. An agent was supposed to contact me within 24h to confirm the reservation.
I received no calls, instead my reservation got cancelled, and my payment voided- booking ID *******.

My funds are now blocked, and BRAVOFLY is unable to issue the document necessary to unblock my money.

Don't use BRAVOFLY for bookings! EVER!

I don't even know where to start, impossible to get in touch with customer service and they charge you every time you try to call the numbers they supply even if you don't reach anyone. After 4 days of non stop trying to contact them finally i spoke with someone today to change my flight and they couldn't even run my card for the change fee becuase their system wasent working so they said to call iberia and iberia cant do anything they said only bravafly can fix so its impossible to change my flight. Tried to cancel and they said they would send me an email link to cancel and only got an email to call the same numbers that are impossible to reach that charge you to call.

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT BOOK ANYTHING WITH BRAVAFLY!

I made a booking with bravofly booking number: *******, on the day of my flight they didn't even bother telling my flight got cancelled. As it wasn't full on enough to pack quickly and get to the airport which is 2 hours away, then to find out its cancelled return for another 2 hours, lost a whole day just trying to figure out where to and who to contact?
And now I need to change my return from Colombia but all the numbers they have listed are wrong, no one is available to help people with their bookings, what are we meant to do?
Seriously get you act together. Its like they are stealing from people around the world.

I booked flights to Sri Lanka 8 days ago, 12 hours after my booking (money had already been taken out of my account or placed on "frozen") Bravofly cancelled my booking and suggested like the rest of the reviews that funds would be available within 7 days once my bank released them. HOWEVER, my bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia requires an Authorisation cancellation directly from Bravefly.com with very strict information so the funds can be "unfrozen". Bravofly, then sent me this "authorisation" which
1. Has the incorrect information on it and
2. Refuses to send my bank the requested details.

Bravofly customer service are stating I can take my cancellation pdf email into my bank, but NO I CAN NOT. I have made it very clear to the customer service team what is required so the sum of $696.50 is released back to my credit card and they are continuing to disregard this information.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE - UNHELPFUL and DISGRACEFUL. How they are still running amazes me!

Just another sucker..

I'm reviewing in the hope that others don't get sucked in by Bravofly. Myself and my partner and 3 kids have been really looking forward to a holiday since our house was totally flooded in recent floods in and around our town and we have since had to rebuild our lives. I stupidly booked airline tickets through Bravofly without checking if they are a legitimate company and paid for flights for all of us that cost $660 return to then be sent an email from Bravofly to inform me that the transaction had not been successful. They also stated that they use a secure method to freeze the payment so that it gets refunded back to me. I rang my bank and they said that the payment is pending and due to be taken by Bravofly in a few days. I called Bravofly on two different numbers on their site but the number was disconnected. We looked up reviews on Bravofly to find many complaints and warnings not to use them. Now I'm not certain if I can get my $660 back and we may not be able to afford to pay for more flights if I'm unsuccessful in retrieving this money. DONT even consider dealing with Bravofly EVER! They are dirty rotten scammers.

My fiance made a flight reservation yesterday from bravofly they took 968 euros from his credit card but he didn't receive any email from bravofly he called them but no body reply so how he suppose to get his ticket or if he wants yo get his money back what he suppose to do. Very urgent our weeding is next week and he suppose to come to my country so we will celebrate it.

Unfortunately sometimes the specific flight fare you select can have a sudden fare increase after your booking request and prior the airline's confirmation. Such fare increasements can happen from one second to the next flight ticket fares being highly dynamic. In such occasion customer is always being informed and offered the possibility to pay for the difference or to cancel. I tried to search your booking in our system but perhaps the ID booking you gave is wrong as I couldn't track any request in our system. Could you please send me a private message after having double checked your booking ID?

I made a booking for my friend with booking number "*******" for a to and fro flight from Hannover to Chennai. Just 5 days before the departure, I received a mail from them that the flight had been cancelled and they also mentioned that in case of refund requests, they will immediately process our requests and get my money back. I replied them saying that I can't look for another flight and its their responsibility to find an alternate flight. They replied back saying that they will find me an alternate flight soon. It was just a day before the departure and still I didn't get any information about the alternate flight. Then I wrote them a mail saying that I want to cancel my booking and I want a refund too. I confirmed my refund request by calling their customer care executive and they told me that I will get my refund in 7 days. I made another booking for my friend on the same dates through another website. Their worst service was evident when bravofly sent me information about the alternate flight just 15 minutes before the estimated departure of my booking. Its been like a month and since I didn't receive my refund, I contacted them and they told me that I had used the ticket and the airlines will not refund my booking money. I contacted the airlines, explained everything with the proof that my friend did not travel using that ticket and the airlines acknowledged within 5 days that my friend in fact did not use the ticket and said that they have requested bravofly to process my refund. Now it has been almost 3 weeks since the airlines has conveyed this to bravofly but still when I inquire they come with a lame excuse that they are investigating my ticket. I really don't understand what the hell are they investigating as it is clearly evident that bravofly made a horrible mistake by not conveying my cancellation request to the airlines, so bravofly is liable to pay me, rather they come up with excuses that they will pay me only when the airlines transfers the refund money to them. It has been 2 months since I had cancelled my booking and I am still worried whether I will be getting my money back or not. It is so annoying and stressful for me to contact them almost everyday to make them refund my money, but what I get in reply is a really illogical and most dumbest reply.
