Everything was smooth and fine. Minimum disturbance and very clear notifications.
I recently bought plane tickets on Bravofly. My booking went through but two hours later I received an e-mail that my booking had not gone through after all and that now my money was 'frozen'. After calling various of their offices and getting incompetent people online I was told that my money might be frozen for up to two weeks. The same thing happened to a friend of mine. I saved up for the trip and have no other funds to buy tickets elsewhere and the rates are going up as we speak. Very disappointed. Thieves.
This company is out to get your money any way they can. The final price for my flight Madrid-Gatwick, was hiked up 2 times from the original quote 158E to 202E. They messed up the booking order. They charge for customer assistance calls, which put you on hold for most of the connection. They say they'll call back that same day, but they don't. When they do try it's only one time without leaving any message and then send an email saying that they were unable to reach me and to call them back, at my expense of course. Stay Away!

Beware... avoid using any of their sites, all their related sites work exactly the same they promise available flights and fares then they freeze your funds then they inform you their is a waiting period for your reservation confirmation, then they usually advise you the flight or fare is no loner available, when you ask them to release the hold on your card funds they claim they are not authorized to send this information to anyone and they advise you you will have to contact your bank who then tell you it takes 10 days normally for the card group. Ie visa or master-card to automatically release your funds.If you are persistent and hound them you might? Get your money back. In most cases people end up with a partial refund at best.
Unlike trustworthy booking sites calling them will cost you $$$ ( they charge you for the calls) and any sort of apologies or compassion is never offered.
Please don't try their services as there are so many honest, helpful and cheaper sites. I have heard their reliability rate is around 45% constant so 55% of all their advertised rates on everything is actually bogus.
Obviously they receive some sort of income or commission from someone from internet hits or freezing your $$ or at worst they get a percentage of your funds and you don't get any product.
Answer: No. Please do not. They are fake and you can be in real trouble. Just google Bravofly Scam and you will be surprised to read how they cheated many people.
Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros. They are not willing to answer or refund. I am still waiting. Hope this helps.

I would like to take this opportunity to explain why there may be a transaction pending on your card - when taking payment from customers, we use a secure standard procedure called temporary credit limit where the amount the customer should pay upon booking is simply 'frozen' and not withdrawn from the customer's available funds. It is a system aimed at protecting the customer's funds where technically no charge is made to your credit card until your booking is confirmed, therefore it doesn’t have any effect on your interest or clearing period.
The credit should be returned according to your bank's timings, but in some cases we are able to intervene and help speed up the process by contacting your bank directly. We contacted you regarding this - should you still be having such problems please reply to our email.
